I will eat at Taco Bell occasionally. I always get the nacho bell grande. It?s what you?d expect from a fast food place. Cheap... food made with the quickness. We all know about Taco Bell. The one in Ironton, Ohio is no different. I asked for extra cheeseand sour cream and didn?t get it. So, I checked the bill and at least I was not charged for the missing sauces. Read more

Order is always correct. Service is fast and always friendly. Honestly this is my favorite taco bell.
We through the drive through and the service was awful I asked for 2 steak tacos plain (forgot to say hard shell) I got 1 plain... soft shell and one hard shell with everything. Read more
This location has gotten my order wrong every time I have eaten here. One instance was a breakfast drive thru order of a crunch... wrap with no meat. I have a severe anaphylactic allergy to red meat. They put bacon on it, and because it's completely wrappedup I took a bite before realizing they had put bacon on it. As a result, I had an allergic reaction. Thankfully I spit it outand did not swallow the bite, so my reaction was not as bad as it could have been. Another instance was a dine in order. I hadtwo soft potato tacos. I asked them to remove the chipotle sauce because I have a sensitive stomach and can't handle spicy food.They did not remove it. I got my order, took a bite and taste the chipotle sauce. Looked at both taco and sure enough they bothhad it. I tried to eat it anyway but couldn't stand it. My husband took the tacos up to the register and nicely told them theywere supposed to be made without the chipotle sauce because of my stomach. They said they were going to remake them. However, wewaited 30 minutes, my family was done eating and ready to go. They never remade my tacos. We will no longer be eating at thislocation. Read more
The breakfast staff are some of the sweetest people that I've ever dealt with in the fast food industry. Sometimes I will stop... for a steak breakfast burrito just to see them and start my day out on a great note. Also, if they ask if you would round upyour total to the next dollar, do it! It goes to the Taco Bell college fund for the employees. If you can afford a taco, youcan afford to round up a few cents. Read more
