I wish I could give it more stars because the only two guys working were busting their butts to serve an extremely busy lobby... and drive through. The guys deserve 5 stars but the fact is the restaurant was dirty, ketchup was out, tp was out, paper toweldispenser wasn?t working, 2 flavors of soda syrup were out? it was a subpar experience. Always great customer service! Any time there?s a small mess up they fix it and make it right. Delicious!
Hot food, cool drinks. It would have been perfect except for the shake machine being down. Super nice people there also.
Like too many places can't get enough workers and when they get busy they just can't keep up. I will say their frozen ice... lemonade...I can't remember the flavor added strawberry or something was very very good for a $1. Read more
This was a great Burger King experience. I don't eat Burger King regularly, but this location has a play place and we're had... been in the car for a while. We opted to stop for food and so the kids could stretch their legs. Service was great, theemployees were friendly. I'd absolutely stop here again if I were in the same situation. Read more
9/20/2022 This place used to be good as far as fast food goes, but about four years ago it changed. Not sure what happened,... maybe it sold, but after that no matter who was working got just about every order wrong. It went from getting in and out underfive minutes to standing around for 10 minutes before your food came out. Went Thursday night for the first time in two years.Waited too long in the drive thru. Got home 15 minutes later and the girl at the drive thru gave me the wrong order. Drove backto get what I ordered. All three people working acted like it was my fault and hemmed and hawed to redo my order. The sandwichwas cold, I watched the girl put my cheezy tots from 45 minutes ago into my bag, cold. They kept my receipt so I couldn't callcorporate. Best thing to happen is for this BK to close and put something in it's place. Nasty!!! Update 3/14/22 Stopped totry the new patty melt. They are still making a batch of burgers at a time to keep in the warming trays. It sucked so bad thecold cheese cooled what little warmth the burgers had... Read more
This place has changed substantially, in a very good, & positive way. The food is fresh, it is served quickly, & the workers... really care about the quality of the food.
