When this establishment first opened it was wonderfull but recently I have been getting very rude delivery drivers demanding a... tip of various amounts, the food been under par for like 2 to 3 weeks now with various problems. Yesterday 9/7/2022 I got called a C@NT by the manage My pizza was not cooked all the way (I ordered well done). The cheese was... not brown at all and the bottom of the crust was still doughy. It took 11 calls to get through to a person, the voicemail wasfull. I explained my pizza was not cooked how I ordered it. A lady (Melinda) and the manager (Christina) spent 5 minutes arguingwith me that they had both cooked my pizza and put it through twice themselves. The call ended with me being told they weren'tgoing to fix THEIR MISTAKE because I swore. I swore after 20 minutes of trying to call and another 5 minutes of Melinda andChtistina arguing with me that my pizza was well done when it wasn't and she hung up. I was beyond irritated at this point so, I had to drive 10 minutes to town with the pizza to get my pizza fixed. At the store Melinda and Chistina continued to arguewith me rather than look at the pizza, acknowledge a mistake, apologize and fix their mistake. As I was walking out the door Iheard the Manager call me a C@NT. So they messed up my order, argued with me, lied, made excuses, blamed me refused toacknowledge their mistake, were beyond rude and called me C@NT for being angry with the terrible customer service and foodquality. Out of 4 times ordering, received food twice. 2 out of 4 will keep you in the majors, I guess? Going on 1 and a half hours now... for a pizza. Also, can you not cook a pizza properly? Raw cookie dough is decent. But, pizza dough? Read more
Have been ordering since they opened in Ironwood. Nearly always a great experience. However very recently that feeling has... changed. Ordered a deep dish pizza w pepperoni, and it was delivered WITHOUT SAUCE. I mean how do you make a pizza without sauce- that's half of what a pizza is. We called the store and they apologized and credited us a free pizza in the future to make upfor it. We thanked them and made do with our pie which was essentially a circle of cheese sticks. Fast forward a month or two,and we call to place the order for the complimentary pizza, and the manager refused to honor it. She was incredibly rude andeven acknowledged the incident had occurred, but would not make us the pizza without paying for it, even though we had paid fullprice for only half of a "pizza" earlier, and we had been promised one. Management needs to realize that in a small town likethis, word can spread fast, and just like the flip of a light switch, my view is incredibly soured on a place I was so happy toget in our little area, and I don't know when I'll be back. I don't personally like any other kind of crust other than the handmade pan but their bread bowl pastas are spectacular. Good on... them for delivery-definitely draws me to choosing them when ordering. It's too bad they do not deliver to Bessemer, though. Theywould have a lot more service and because of that I'm only giving 4 stars. Read more
We've ordered once a week or so since they opened. More than half the time, the delivery has been wrong. There will be items... missing, wrong toppings on the pizza, wrong items delivered, getting mostly empty pasta dishes. We put up with it since theywere a new business getting on their feet. But yesterday was the last straw. Not only was the pizza wrong, it took them an HOURto make and deliver the correct one, and when they did it was COLD. I called them back and not only was the employee incrediblyrude, he hung up on me and refused to answer when I called back. Neither the manager nor the owner will address the issue. Ordered and paid online for a mid-afternoon pickup rather than traditional meal time. Followed the tracker, checked in when I... arrived to bypass the line. Took 15 minutes from start to finish. Seamless transaction, hot and tasty pizza. If you'reincapable of understanding there's going to be occasional glitches when a business is new and the entire community is clamoringto try, perhaps go to Little Seizures instead. Read more
The dough was still raw. I ask for garlic and bit they put to much. And my chicken wings was ok but could've baked a few more... minutes. Pretty disappointed because I choose to treat myself every two weeks with Dominos. But I guess I will pass. Read more
