Their inability to implement enough staff to operate efficiently throughout the day shows in the quality of the drinks they... "handcraft". Even with one of their most popular products such the Sea salt coffee, compared to other stores this one underdelivers by a long shot. They frequently fail to pull a good shot of Espresso , under extracted ,no character or complexity, sobad to the point that water by itself might taste better. The sea salt cream is often missing sea salt flavor and to make thingseven worse they sometimes completely forget to pump sweetener in the drink itself. I hope management here gets a grip, paysattention and handles the many problems the quality of their products reflect. Read more

All the breads are cheap compared to other Asian bakeries nearby, but the fillings are unsatisfactory. The picture for the... potato croquette showed a full filling but after one bite, I noticed how empty it was. Very disappointed by their advertisement.It was also salty probably since the potato filling was so little. Also had the match chocolate bread and it is also emptyinside. Read more

Delicious bakery treats, coffee & tea! I ordered hibiscus iced tea. I also bought a chocolate croissant, mango bun, strawberry... cream milk bun, and an almond bun. So fresh and yummy. Highly recommend. Read more

Highly recommended! Their bakery is great! Make sure to try their danish almond, also their egg tarts. The best you can get... there is their caramel pudding! A must, indeed! Their cakes are so yummy, especially their tiramisu and chocolate cake. If youvisit at night you may not find everything, so check it out during the day. Read more

Stopped for a treat from this place in a long while. Wish they still made this particular pastry that was kinda like a garlic... twist in shape and texture with a crunchy exterior and soft center, but it was an entirely dessert item made with driedcranberries and, if I recall, almond slices. The line was super long today! (11:30pm) there were only 2 workers, one at the bread register and one making drinks. The line... was out the door! I waited in the bread line for about 10 mins before the line started getting long behind me. The drinks Iordered took another 15 minutes before I received them. They were put in a plastic bag so I didn't see them on the counter atfirst, I thought they were someone's bread, lol oops! I love their Boba milk tea because I'm lactose intolerant and all theirdrinks are lactose free (made with SOY MILK!). Super awesome! Read more
