Very pleasant place to dine. Fruits/ vegetables were fresh. Most meats were good, with few exceptions some of them being too... salty. Waiters and waitresses are professional and nice here. Will definitely recommend this place and be back again. Read more

I've been here a number of times, the service is consistently good. I've also been to Texas de Brazil (TdB), a competitor, a... handful of times, where the service is also consistently good. However, I like Agora more. Main reasons: 1. The amount of saltthey add to the meats is just right. This is subjective, since each person's preference varies, but compared to TdB, theseasoning here is more to my liking. 2. Better atmosphere. On busy nights at TdB, you can feel a bit like a sardine in a can. Itcan get loud and the tables feel a bit too close to one another. You just feel really cramped and uncomfortable. It's definitelynot a place I'd go to for a date or an otherwise relaxing dinner. The seating is more generous at Agora and it doesn't getnearly as loud, even on busy nights. Read more

I feel bad leaving a 1 star review as Hector was extremely nice. But 1 am just extremely disappointed at the fact that the... waiter (tall blonde woman) charged us for my daughter (3 years old) half price. I saw the prices online just now and it statesthat children ages 6-10 are half price. At the time we thought all children were half price so we paid and left a nice tip aswell for the customer service we received from Hector. All she had was some mashed potatoes too.. extremely disappointed withthe dishonesty of this location. Was going to come back when we were in the area but now we will never be back. Read more

Came here after a long day at the office! And wow I was impressed! Incredible atmosphere, staff and food. I sure do enjoy drinks... after a productive work week. The bar was incredible! I was fortunate enough to be tended by Rachel and Ashley. What a dynamicduo. Amazing service and fantastic drinks. I will definitely be returning, and if I see the two of them at the bar I willdefinitely be spending more money than I am supposed to lol Read more

Come with an appetite & all you really need to order is water to wash it down. Reservations are recommended, but the night we... went the restaurant was pretty empty & walk ins got seated just as quickly. There is a salad bar to enjoy before the variousmeat skewers start arriving. They have paper coasters green on one side & red on the other. If its green side up the skewersarrive & red means your taking a break. Even though we had red up we were still offered various meats which was no bother atall. When you arrive you begin at the salad bar & recommend bringing back an extra empty plate for the meat. There is the usualfruits & vegetables, processed meats & cheeses. Also different types of salads not just green, but pasta & fruit salads as well.Soups, mash potatoes & rice are also available. I recommend getting small samples so you don't over eat plus you can always goback. The meat arrives on a skewer and is cut in small portions. Better to eat it right away as it tastes better hot. Some ofthe various cuts included filet mignon, flank steak, ribeye, sirloin, short ribs & pork ribs. There was some chicken, but Ipassed. For dessert definitely the Brazilian flan & the cheesecake was delicious. A bit pricey, but was delicious. Avoid thecocktails & quite a difference in your final bill. Read more

We are familiar with churrascaria dining. We moved over a decade ago to the suburbs where dining choices are limited, so when... we were in OC and discovered Agora, we grabbed the opportunity. We are so glad we did! We met Luiz our server and he gave usthe most memorable experience by giving us tips on how to enjoy the meats... take a bite of meat with a sliver of banana withit, pair the meat with certain items from the salad bar, and the best nonalcoholic drinks available. He also surprised us witha celebratory cake for an accomplishment event we shared with him. What an awesome asset of Agora, isn't he? We have never meta server who is over the top passionate, knowledgeable, warm, and generously eager to share the Brazilian culinary culture withhis patrons, we love him! Read more

Authentic, great service, great food. As a fellow Brazilian, I’m super happy to support a thriving Brazilian owned business.... The lamb and filet mignon were my favorite foods. We drank several caipirinhas and had passion fruit mouse for desert. Tablecomes with pão de queijo and caramelized banana. The buffet has ample salad, rice, feijoada, Brazilian chicken estrogonofe, mashed potatoes, and more main entres. I got farofa and vinagrete from the salad and buffet bar. Highly recommend supportingAgora over Fogo de Chão, as it is a local business! Read more

Came here for Sunday dinner. It's your typical Brazilian steakhouse. They had a decent variety of different cuts off meats. My... only complaint was that they don't really rotate the gauchos properly. It seems like the same guys kept coming around with thesame cuts of meat. The place inside is spacious and clean, they have the salad bar open. We got the chocolate cake for dessertit was okay. Tasted like something store bought not made in house Read more
