This place went from great to decent over the course of the summer. When Pieology lost it, we started coming here and it was... great. Todays visit was a bit dissapointing, seems like nobody is overlooking the products and procedures. Web orders put us onstand by for about 20min as ticket labels were being printed and processed as we stood by watching. Next no reset was performed,meaning 1/3 of the over 40 choices of toppings were empty or nasty, counter top the same. Ricotta was empty, pesto garlic empty,cherry tomatoes empty, kalamata olives the same. We selected these toppings in addition to.others, but each time she had toleave and restock them since they were empty or just leftover juices. For the volume they put out someone should be combing theprovisions and constantly stocking fresh toppings, visuals are huge!. Pizza cooked and came out a bit cool, honestly 45sec moreit would of been perfect,..we like a fresh whole pizza served hot and this was not. Read more
First time coming to blaze pizza had a great experience food was amazing the staff was amazing the one wearing the dodgers hat... was very helpful and will come back again just because he was so good looking. Read more
Dont be surprise if you get burn pizza... The worker stated that the burn pizza is their normal if you want to change for a new... one. They remake the new one and yes of course...they really keep their standard-the bottom of your pizza will be burn. If youlike burn pizza please come enjoy at this location. Read more
This is one of the worst Blaze locations I have ever been to. I put my online order in at 730PM. I got there at 815PM expecting... my order to be ready. Not only was it not ready, it hadn't even been put in the oven. When I asked the staff the status of myorder, they said mine will be "right out." Between then and when I got my order, all of the customers that ordered in store gottheir pizzas. All the online orders were in the same situation as mine while the in store orders were getting made right away.Isn't the whole point of online orders to have it ready when we come to pick it up? After 15 minutes, I asked again the statusof my order at which time the staff made up some B.S. about how someone else took it even though all the online order folks wereall still waiting. Did someone take all the other 7 online orders also?! I didn't get my pizza until the store closed at 9PM.This is beyond infuriating. Several other people standing beside me also complained about their order being delayed, incorrect,or flat out poor quality. This has happened to me on multiple occasions and will definitely not be the last time. This is simplya product of incompetence and laziness. Like many of the reviews I?ve experienced the poor service. However, the last time I was here the restaurant was clean, the... staff was very friendly, and pizza is great. Give it a try, and if you get bad vibes there?s other good choices in the center. Read more
Extremly rude and incompetent manager and staff, we arrived to the establishment to make a take out order and even though there... was multiple employees the manager said that they were only taking orders online, we had to wait 20 minutes waiting for ouronline order to be prepared since they didn't wanted to take our order in person. When she gave us our pizza we noticed thatthree ingredients of our pizza were missing and when we asked what happened she just said in a very rude and condescending way:if they are not there that means we are out of them! Please save your money and trouble and go somewhere else if you don't wantto be mistreated for no reason and experience awful customer service. After that we got back home and we were so hungry that wehad to eat what they give us but the pizza on top of the missing ingredients, was undercooked, the cheese was stale and thepizza had bitter aftertaste. This is a build your own pizza place. They have several toppings to choose from and I guess you can pile your pie with as many... toppings as you want. I got their new Spicy Chicken pizza. The pizza had spicy tomato sauce, ghost pepper infused chickenmeatballs, with scorpion pepper slaw , and a hot sauce on top. I love spice and this pizza had a nice bite. I can take a lotmore heat, but this might be to hot if you're not a spice fan. Everyone here is nice, they wear masks and gloves and followCOVID rules. I enjoyed my food, and would definitely return. If no stars was an option I would give that. This location is so disorganized, rude and frankly incompetent. We waited 25... minutes to be helped and then when they gave away one of our pizzas we had to wait 30 mins for it to be remade. This location isabsolute bull. Read more
