I have attempted to order from them twice and both times they cancelled; this time the driver was at the restaurant. I have no... idea why this happened - am I too far away (I'm North Santa Ana; I believe they're Tustin?) If so, they need to reduce theirdelivery radius and fix it with Postmates. I ordered with plenty of time for them to make my sandwich, it to be delivered, andfor me to eat When I saw they'd cancelled today - granted, I saw a driver was waiting and assigned to me so only looked a coupletimes, trusting my order to arrive...anyway it was too late to get food delivered from anywhere else but fast food (let alonetime to eat, and I couldn't stomach any fast food today) before I had to leave. Maybe I'm too far away; I'd suspect my orderdidn't cost enough to merit delivery ($10 exactly), but that makes no sense because the order that got cancelled last week wasfor $20. How much money do I have to spend? I can understand last week - they take orders til 630pm, I ordered somewherebetween 515 - 530? Maybe this is a mistake and they need to reduce their ordering hours and delivery deadlines on the app. Theyget one more chance - I REALLY want their French Dip, but I may have screwed myself over because I impulsively left this review(truth, I'm mad!) But I do hate false advertising. I'm going to contact the restaurant and I would really like to seePostmates/Uber eats reach out to BT's to resolve this issue. Thank you, Shannon Grable Read more
