This place is totally unorganized. We got here, put our name in for party of 2, and was told there's a 10-15min wait. The... hostess proceeded to sit everyone that was there before us and then started sitting parties of 2 that put their name down afterus. And when we asked why parties of 2 that came after us were getting seated before us they said it's because they had torotate the servers. ??????? Then the manager came out and said the kitchen was really backed up and to hold off on sitting anymore people. So that added another 15mins to our wait. Then when we finally got seated they put us in this tiny booth that had abroken seat cushion that rocked back and forth. We asked to move to another open booth we saw but the hostess said they couldn'tmove us. Thankfully our server Caleb was very understanding and moved us to another area within his section. Completelydifferent experience once he took charge of everything. He did an amazing job. We were about to walk out and head to anotherrestaurant initially. If we come back to this location we will be requesting his section again. Read more

they are so unprofessional , not only I found bunch of strings in my salad, but they were so arrogant, never received an... appropriate apology neither they made amends for such a horrible mistake. Nonetheless. The cold food and slow service, the friespale and old, the shrimp was too cold, and the excuse we got was ? sorry we have new staff? huh!! Restaurants always have newstaff its not uncommon what unusual is having immature employees who have no idea neither knowledge about hygiene or service,if that is Chili?s standard quality I?m never coming back here. ***Vegans and Vegetarians*** BE AWARE Disappointed. We made sure we told them twice that we are vegetarian. We ordered the... veggie Fajitas with black bean patty. When the food came it had meat mixed up the black bean paddy. How bad of a experience itcould be. Then we waited and waited for our replacement order. The manager came and apologized, however while talking to her wefelt like the apology was not sincere and it happens quite often. When they brought the replacement order the vegetables hadstickers on it. It?s unhygienic. Someone should report it to the Health Department. Not coming back. Read more
Chili's was one of my favorite place but today .....I ordered Quesadilla Explosion Salad with grilled chicken without corn. And... I get this salad with spoiled old spinach and 4 small/narrow strips of chicken. Very disappointed. Read more
Came in late night and not only was I serviced well, the food was great, and although it was near closing time I never felt... rushed. Our waitress was amazing!!! The fajitas and steak were super tasty. Save room for some cheesecake. Read more
This is the worst Manager I have ever met after we wait 45 min for our table, this person kick me out with my family because we... had to go order and he said we can?t sit on the table that we waited for long time because he said we work here for tips. Eventhough I paid tips with my order, also we told him we can do a second order but he was never listening and he stops my kids fromeating and told us to get out. Read more
