Still 1 star overall but if you are lucky enough to have Trevor help you out he is doing a fantastic job and picking up the... slack and cleaning up after other employees kudos to you Trevor If a manager wants to reach out I can go into detail withmultiple issues that repeat themselves no matter the employees. Today was truly special however. "Hot" dishes are just floatingaround the warmer with zero food in them Employees are just running back to the drive through to get the order completed Theyoung lady at the register doesn't know how to change the receipt paper and has to stop someone cutting chicken to get it done.Also she bothers the person getting an order done excessively to get her hot sauce while he is engaged with a customer. I think this location has some fabulous food. They even have a drive thru for a chipotle that?s pretty unique. There?s a lot of... negative feedback in the reviews about the service, but my service was excellent every time. I?ve been coming to chipotle sincethey opened one on Ontario street in Chicago many years ago. They one difference I notice in this location is that there is NOMUSIC. The first chipotle I went to had some of the best music I had ever heard in a fast food environment. The music was asfresh as the ingredients. The worst management ever. They were out of white rice on [08/11/2022] during lunch hrs and i was told it will be ready in 5... mins. and I waited for 15-20 mins and noticed they are serving white rice to drive through customers and making me wait for solong. And I noticed the servers don't even pay attention to customers waiting. very unprofessional and no respect for time. AndThe lady at counter is another ignorant person, when i asked, she told online and drive through customers are first. Really? andyou will make one customer wait for 20 mins. and to my surprise, they are out of stock many items and few more customers werewaiting for some other stuffs. This is by far the worst chipotle I?ve ever been to! The food tastes the same as every other chipotle but the proportions are... way smaller. I?ve been here twice to get a burrito and twice they?ve given me a burrito about half the size of a typicalchipotle burrito. So I hadn't had chipotle in so long and I was excited to have some for dinner today rather than cook at home. Boy did I regret... spending my money. So I asked for sour cream, they said they ran out. I asked for lettuce to top my food and they said they wereout. I was like awww okay.. the asian cashier guy said "yeah this happens a lot so yeah...." Like get going.. I looked to myleft and the tall guy with blonde hair was cutting romaine and I said oh he's cutting it up. The cashier said "yeah, no we'recompletely out" but he's cutting it up I can see it, I can wait till he's done and his response was "It's going to take about 25minutes or longer I'm not sure if you want to wait that long.... " I replied okay no thank you so I walked over to grab my forknear the beverage area and the guy right behind me asked the cashier you guys ran out of lettuce? Then I hear the cashier askthe guy with the blonde hair hey is the lettuce ready he said yes and they served him lettuce .... Huh??? I went back to thecashier and said oh it's ready now that was fast, can I get some please? His response was "yeah you have to wait for him toserve you!" I'm thinking what the heck????? Is this a color issue ??? I'm not light skinned and I'm a woman . The man that wasprovided lettuce is fair skinned .... This seemed to me as a racial issue. So I waited for the guy to serve me aka the blondetall guy. He didn't serve me nor acknowledged me. so the cashier seemed bothered by me looking at them patiently waiting andsaid okay I guess I will serve you. He then got distracted with placing an order in a cubby for online orders and I waited somemore... Then the grabbed a cup and served me lettuce. I said thank you so much. He didn't respond. Make sure you check your mobile orders!! This is the second time they have given me the wrong bowl for my mobile order. The name... on the bag and top of the bowl were correct, but somehow they still managed to put the wrong food in. Also the guac that Ireceived today was extremely watery and brown. How could they think this was okay to serve to people? Read more
Zero stars I watched an employee wipe his nose and then serve someone. They had 3 proteins empty and I waited for the new steak... and they said 10 minutes 2 times so it really took 25 minutes. If the parking wasnt so bad at the spectrum I would never come tothis location Read more
