When came here for the first time, I really ate tasty dinner. I?m coming here to hope that I ll have the same taste. But... unfortunately every time I come they lose more taste than before. I mean it?s getting worse. Example: the beef is like not softthat you can?t chew it at all. And too much oils without salt. And the service could?ve been better. Rounding up from more of a 3.5. The restaurant was vibrantly colored and really aesthetically pleasant. The ordering process was... pretty simple and painless, and we settled on a nice spot outside to wait for our food. I really appreciate when a counter serveplace like this will bring your food out to you, but because I wasn't picking up my order at the counter, I didn't realize yougot sauces with your order but you have to ask for the two you would like. As a result, I ate most of my food (which wasdelicious albeit a bit dry) without getting to taste their wonderful sauces that I got when I got up to refill my water. I willalso say I was pretty disappointed by the portion for the price - I am not a very big eater and I could have probably knockedout two of the Istanbowls without much difficulty, but left lunch a bit hungry still. So all in all, for decently affordableprices you can get some really delicious Mediterranean food, but if you are a big eater I don't know if it will be possible toeasily get your fill. Read more

They were very... nice, but all I was asking was for no meat because I?m a pescatarian. I only eat seafood. Once that was out-of-the-way? The foodwas absolutely amazing! I have a Turkish fries with no meat, and the falafel?s on the side. Squeeze that lemon on the falafel ifyou can it really is delicious, with or without the lemon. I?m writing this review because I genuinely think this place has potential to be great and I love this cuisine in general, but... this particular branch needs major improvement as the staff make it one of the worst experiences for customers. I eat here a lotbecause it?s close by and the pricing is decent but the staff genuinely need training and better recruitment/selection becausethey lack basic common sense and any knowledge of food (I?m not kidding?) My request to management is to PLEASE hireselectively, and get people who care the tiniest bit about customer service and have some common sense in prioritizing orderflow logically and handling food properly, and PLEASE invest in better training in customer service. I know it?s a tough jobmarket in terms of hiring but please get people who care at least 1% about doing their job properly.
