Pizza was made well, moist and crispy. Better than other Pizza Hut's I've had recently.
I wish I could give them 0 star They give me my order 10 minutes late And my traditional wings with buffalo mild sauce was very... raw and smelled like old food Specially the bones I asked them to return my food and they told me you piked up your orderlate But I had waiting there for mor than 20 minutes and I had watching their monitor and asked them 2 times to see if my foodis ready The lady who works in kitchen comes out and said Say I want my money back very rudely And wen I said I like to talkwith manager she said I?m the manager Her name is Alma Read more
Drew deserves a special recognition, he made my experience a memorable one. I felt welcomed, comfortable, not judged. I felt... like a valued person/customer. He is very polite and professional. He has a good spirit and attitude. A real gentleman to saythe least. The store was kept up. It's located next to a Mediterranean restaurant. There's chairs inside where one can wait forthe food or you can sit outside on the chairs and table (patio style). Even though the weather was extremely hot, it felt coolon the tables. There's plenty of parking as it's located in a shopping center. The food was made in a timely manner. It wasfresh too. Tasted great. The chicken was made just right. Online order. In store pickup. None of the sauces were provided with the order. Took me over 3 months to get a PARTIAL refund... (on the sauces) after a long email chain with multiple follow-ups. Refund was disbursed as a store credit instead of an actualrefund which I do not want since I?m disgusted with the experience and not interested in going back. Read more
