The customer service at this particular Einstein Bros is not good. The last time I was here, just this morning, I ordered two... bagels and a small coffee. After taking my own receipt (I wasn't offered it), I tried to fill my coffee but both medium and darkroasts were empty. I asked for help, but they proceeded to start a new batch. After waiting for 10 minutes, I finally got mybagels and they were still struggling to start brewing coffee. I then asked for a refund, but was told to stand in the very longline to do so. I asked if I could get it expedited but was told "no." After 5 more minutes I ended up throwing away my coffeecup and leaving, seeing it was going to be another 5-10 minutes before the refund might happen. Read more
Quick, easy and tasty!!!! I love to order the Farmhouse as a great cheat meal for breakfast ????. Great friendly staff.
My wife and mother in law love Einstein bagels. I had a bagel sandwich and it was just ehhhh. Not bad, but certainly not worth... the $8 I spent. Next time I?d probably just order a bagel with cream cheese. Read more

While we were out shopping for bathroom tile and cabinets, my stomach started growl so we stopped at Einstein Bagels. Wow! ... They have some of the best bagels and amazing, unique choices. We ordered a Chorizo Sunrise breakfast sandwich. As soon as Isaw a Green Chile bagel, I knew I wanted it. It had a Chorizo Sausage patty, Smashed Avocado, Cheddar Cheese, fried Egg andJalapeño Salsa Shmear, all served on a Green Chile Gourmet Bagel. We also ordered the Texas Brisket Bagel Sandwich. It hadsmoked beef brisket, cheddar with smoky chipotle aioli on a new Jalapeño Bacon Gourmet Bagel. Super yummy! You can't go withany of their sandwiches or bagels. This particular Einstein Bros. Bagels restaurant is not clean. Replacement of supplies is very slow. The coffee finished before... I fill my cup. One of two restrooms is out of order, the other is too filthy to use. Having said that, the bagels ???? are good.The service is decent. The location is beautiful. The breeze in the patio is breathtaking. The strip mall where it?s located isbeautiful. Parking is free and easy. Next time I?ll take my bagels to go. Read more
The bagel was great and tasty, but the people who worked here just terrible. They don?t have manner and how to be nice to people... to answer. Their ignorance will be the reason why Einsten Bros.
