We asked if they will refill the sesame balls and he said, “We will have to make later”. I have heard so much about this place and I could no longer wait for their San Diego store to open. After a few postponements,... I decided to come check them out in Irvine. Our server Kevin was exceptional. Knowing it was our first time here, he wentinto full details on how the menu system works, made some great recommendations for us to try. He was so pleasant throughoutthe entire evening. Big kudos on your patience and big smile! After hearing our anticipation for the San Diego store to open,Kevin introduced us to the owner. The owner was just as friendly and kind. He cordially invited us to his store in SD whenthey open later this month. Despite how busy the restaurant was, everyone was friendly and pleasant - qualities longdisappeared in even some of the top restaurants since CoVid. The entire restaurant is super clean! Haidilao Hotpot in Irvine is a very cool clean and entertaining spot to eat at. Such attention to detail and the service is... great. Tom Yum is delicious , Kobe belly beef was excellent & the flat iron combo was the item to get. The dancing noodle guy ishilarious. Read more
The best hotpot place in Orange County. Their lobby have some snacks while you’re waiting. They have organized and clean area.... The noodle dancing exhibition is fun and entertaining. Great selections of condiments. Kids gets freebies which is a plusfactor. Read more

This restaurant is friendly to kids. They gave us a mini apron, kids, dish, and a toy. They even have a robot servicing your... dishes. You get a choice of four broths. The food is good, nothing extraordinary. A little pricer than I'm used to for hotpot. Would recommend. Read more
This is my favorite hotpot ever. It is so boujee it felt like we were on a first class flight and the food was so good we... didn’t even get to take a picture of our food before we ate it. The service was the best, my friends birthday is in a fewweeks and they still sang happy birthday and gave us a free 85° bakery mini cake. The bathroom is nicer than mine with amouthwash dispenser, a dyson hair dryer, toothbrushes and tooth paste, and even razors. It was the tiniest bit on the expensiveside but SO WORTH IT. THE FOOD MADE ME SO HAPPY I WAS ALMOST CRYING. The broth? Delicious. The meat? Delicious. The shrimpcheese balls? DELICIOUS ???????? The free punch while you’re waiting outside? Delicious. Absolute God tier hotpot place. Itold our server that we’ll definitely be back for my 21st birthday in a few months and she said she would give me a free drinkwhen i get back. I LOVE THIS PLACE.
