The employees here are very rude. I bought a 3 piece chicken tender meal and then when my sister tried to use the bathroom they... told her it was for customers only and refused to unlock the door to let her use it. They let me use it however and there was notoilet paper or soap which I informed them of and they did not care. All the man said was ?ok?. The fries were also dry andtruly disgusting. Staff directed me to do online order when I called for pickup. I waited 20 mins in drive through and by the time I received my... fries and chicken was soggy, they don't have courtesy to even give a new fries. Read more
I recently went to this vile establishment with my wife. The drive through was extremely thin and narrow which could barely fit... our new Porsche sports car. It scrapped the side of the car and to top it all off, they charged us extra for only an 8 piecebucket. One more thing, why is this restaurant only drive through?? Read more
This is where the old wienerschnitzel used to be. They renovated the place and it's pretty nice. The flooring is faux wood and... everything including the bathroom is clean...for now at least. They have Wi-Fi which I am using to post this review atm. Tablesare spread out and there was one standing table. Read more

Im a huge fan of KFC in past 40 years. Got food few times at this location since I moved to this neighborhood. My wife picked... up a family pack last night. She said young employees were happy at kfc and laughing with their coworkers when she was waitingat drive through. Always glad to see happy people. Unfortunately food wasn't prepared well. Chicken and biscuits were notfully cooked and slightly raw inside. Also too many hot sauce packed inside. I counted and there was 33 of them. There was nohoney or butter for the biscuits. Mgmt please fix it. I hate to see this location close down like the other one on Culverdrive. Read more
After pulling up to the drive-thru speaker at approximately 10:04 AM, (Opens at 10 AM) no one answered the intercom. From there,... I drive to the pick up window in efforts to see if the people inside were willing to take my order. Instead, an employee by thename "Rocio", angrily tells me to go around the drive-thru again laughing along side the other employee who was the one thathanded me my order. Confused at why she was so rude, I come inside attempting to speak with Rocio, but was greeted with purebelligerence and antagonism. I briefly explained to her how belligerent it is to speak to someone in the manner and expressionshe had shown me. She assertively explains that they were not open and in response I explained while that was not a problem atall, her behavior and the way she had confronted me, was the problem. She did not respond and contradicted by trying to walkaway from me carelessly, but I interrupt her, and respectfully ask for her name. She only gave me hers, and refused to give theother employees name then walked away paying no mind to me. I feel Rocio acknowledged what she had done but due to herantagonistic and belligerent behavior, she simply did not care at all and walked away and avoided me. I still am confused to whyRocio treated me this way, especially since I am friendly person and had not even said a word to her. I hope nobody has to gothrough unnecessary experiences such as I had, and hope this feedback helps this location create a better consumer experience.In case Rocio has lied about her name, she is a tall middle aged Hispanic woman with peculiar artificial contact lenses.
