This place is only professional from 530 am till 1130am. Don't come here anytime. The manager bald guy is rude. Morning staff is... all been here 30 yrs. They know what they are. Doing. It's a McDonald's. Can't really rate it more than that, they're pretty consistently "meh" anywhere you go. Got a burger and a... McChicken. The McChicken was loaded with mayo, which I personally like, but I could see others thinking its a bit much.Employees were nice and got my food relatively fast. Read more
Even though I did not order take out of Kitchen Hamburger "here", but they did not recognize the table number as well as they... served me the kitchen hamburger in a paper bag to go. I've been going off and on for years. But I think I'm done. I'll drive the extra mile to Tustin. I bet the staff will be pleased... -- one less customer. This is just disgusting. I got a quarter pounder cheese but when I got home and I took a small bite out of my burger. I noticed... a plastic wrap stuck between the beef patty???? this location is just DISGUSTING. I know overall McDonald is not a really goodoption to consider. But having to experience something like this it?s outrageous. I don?t know who made that burger ready for mewas thinking in his/her head. That person is horrible to think that this burger is ready for a customer and obviously it?s notready at all! I was almost about to take another bite by accident. I?m glad I noticed it right after my first bite. Thislocation is just pure GARBAGE!! I?m for sure going to complain and get this to someone higher than a manager. i visited this location for lunch and was pleasantly surprised that the drive thru line was completely empty. i made my order... with a coupon from their phone app which they applied to the total with no problem. the food i received was fresh, correct andprepared quickly. Read more
