I just ordered a food , but I made a mistake, instead of ordering a bowl, I ordered a plate. At that moment, in front of the... eyes of the lady behind the cash register, I realized that it was a mistake and I told her ,could you please change it? I didn?teven touch the food , This lady told me that we can't do anything, you have to order another food again , and this lady treatedme very badly, as I am a customer of this restaurant for many years . Also when I was eating my food in front of therestaurant, This lady was gossiping with her colleague behind my back with very ugly and bad words that I was hearing. I didn'tsay anything, I just told her, please change my food, that's all. It's really embarrassing. And finally, I must say that thefood is good . But I will not come to this restaurant again. Not bad for a small establishment. Outside dining. The beef shawarma was well-seasoned.
Way too expensive for the food. Food takes FOREVER to come out. AND the cashier guy is super inattentive, has no idea what is in... each entree, has no knowledge of dietary restrictions (I am vegan), AND he doesn't pay attention and punches the wrong thing inon their computer so you get the wrong food after waiting 30 minutes. I tried this place 3 times to give it a chance. Felt itwas not bad, but it progressively kept having more issues. All in all, this place's service is low enough to make evenmoderately decent food not worth it. I don't write bad reviews usually, but this one has made me feel I will not be returning toeat here. Who loves Mediterranean food? Explored this new place in the area Highlights of the menu: 1. Mummy burger 2. Grilled shrimp... kabob plate 3. Shawarma bowl 4. Falafel 5. Coconut canned juice 6. Drinks: Coke & Pellegrino sparkling water Such a cute placefor lunch and early dinner. The food is really good and freshly prepared. Staffs are really nice that they?re quick with theorders. Brother picked up the food from here for dinner. So I didn't know why to expect. Strictly reviewing the food, it's not bad. We... got the party platter with chicken and beef shwarma, with fries and basmati rice. ($35). We also ordered a chicken kabob plate($13) with pita, Cesar salad and basmati rice. Extra pita pita bread about $.75 per order and baklava about $5. All the flavorswere on point, but the meats this batch was just a tad dry. Fries were a bit overcooked as well, but I'm sure if it was due tothe container and the time from pick up to delivery. The garlic sauce was excellent, creamy with bold garlic flavor and theygave plenty of it. Personally, I feel the food would be much better when eaten fresh off the grill and not with the traveltime. Or maybe if some steam was allowed to escape from the container so food doesn't continue to cook. Who knows? I wouldreturn here because it's convenient and give it one more try. Read more
Wow this is some amazing Mediterranean food everything is fresh made from scratch the beef Swami. I got, $12.95 reasonable lots... of food. Really good food! Unfortunately, really expensive too. The Beef Schwarma + fries comes to $18.75 after taxes/fees --- for a... basic, small schwarma with a small fries (the fries are particularly good, seasoned, delicious). I'd give it 5 stars if it was$12, or even $14, but $20 for food just caught me off guard. It filled me up, but was such a tiny meal for the price I had togive it 3 stars. Edited 11/9/22 - I keep wanting to give this place a try, because the flavors are pretty good -- but, man, Igot just the beef schwarma wrap, and.... well, portions are even smaller than before. Staff generally isn't helpful orsuggestive when asked "what do you think, what should I get, are there sauces, do you have any recommendations?" Frankly I'mreally not sure how they've stayed in business this long with the high prices -- Halal guys is $14, twice as much food, andbetter-tasting in my opinion... I understand everything costs more now, but you could toss in fries for free and the VALUE of areturn customer would massively surpass the $0.25 the fries cost. This place just needs more value in it's meals. If it was anice sit-down place, they could probably charge what they do, but I'm disappointed to say, every time I've been here (except 4years ago), I've left with a feeling of having been ripped off :/ I'll try again in 6 months, to see if anything changed, andif it has, I'll change my review, but if you're looking for a win-win exchange in abundance for your meal, this isn't theplace...
