I used to come here often but haven't been here for years since recently for a birthday lunch. I love how you can order... breakfast during lunch hours. Food quality is great and tasted great. Their Eggs Benedict is one of the best around. Service wasgreat. They got all our orders right and the food came out in a timely matter. The only issue we had was that their seasonalpineapple muffin was out and had to order an alternative which I can understand due to its popularity. Since this is my 1st timesince the pandemic and inflation, I do want to point out the price increased only a little but they did lower the proportions.Place seems to be kept clean. My partner and I went to Mimi's a couple of days back in the evening for a late lunch. I have wanted to try this place for years... now. I drive across this location regularly. Ambience was fine. Waitress was friendly and attentive. They had a very extensivemenu. After going through all the options, we decided to order the half chicken plate and Mimi's meat loaf. Both were kindadisappointing. Meat loaf was salty (maybe because of the gravy) and the chicken was dry. We liked the mashed potatoes. TheFrench onion soup was the saving grace. I don't think we will go back. Our Thanksgiving plans changed and we decided last minute to take our party of 8 over to Mimi's. Best decision ever! The food... was phenomenal, the wait was manageable, our server was fantastic, and the manager (Andrew) went above and beyond to make ourvisit feel like we had stepped into a friend's home.
