I ordered ahead for pizza to be delivered at 6.30pm. They were 32min late and the food was cold. I had two kids screaming at me... wanting pizza. There were absolutely nobody answering the phone. If estimated delivery time means NOTHING to them then at leastI would like the option to cancel my pregiven tip. Read more

Ive been ordering from this store for a long time and always been satisfied and over the last few months the pizza has been... overcooked and like cardboard. When I spoke to the manager for my first ever complaint he was dismissive, rude and didnt seem tocare and did not give me the refund he offered me. Poor customer service, terrible pizza find another Papa Johns because otherone cook their pizza to perfection but not this one. Read more
Got family home for new year, ordered a pizza today, 29th, brought home and suddenly we figured out they didn?t fully bake the... pizza. I hope we don?t have stomach problems. I?ll definitely order Dominos for a while. I know it may look like cheese, butthat isn?t. It?s unbaked crust. Not only one slice, but all. The worst pizza experience I?ve ever had. First pizza was so burned I?m shocked it was sent out. The lid had half the cheese... stuck to it. My wife pointed out they must have flipped it and opened the box to check...AND IT WAS BLACK AND STILL SENT! Wecalled and were told another pizza would take an hour OR we could get a ?free? pizza some other time. How about you give me thepizza I paid for?! So just over an hour later the pizza in the picture is delivered. (I gave back the first pizza) Wife callsand politely informs them this pizza is also burned and asks to ONLY be refunded for the pizza. Alas, there system won?t allow arefund but we?ve been offered another ?free? pizza at a later date. Hey jerks...it?s not free when I paid overprice for it!!!!My wife says it would be ?unreasonable? for me to go to your location in person for a good pizza I paid for, so now I?m about towash my mouth out (from that one bite) with Del Taco. This Papa John use to be really good last year never had issues when I came to pickup orders always ready on time and never took... long, for some reason this year since September the times are all over the place, I?ve had more than 1hr wait multiple times andtoday takes the cake because I came in when the order said it was ready to find out that there system had been down and theynever received the order, are you freaking kidding me, I timed it with watching my football team play and safe to say I?ve knowmissed an entire quarter just unacceptable.
