The restaurant atmosphere is not too loud. Service was great. The ramen has its own flair to it it's very presentable. Ramen... with truffle oil is really good. The buttered mushrooms were good as well. Read more

The broth was very creamy (garlic truffle ramen), savory, the egg was perfectly soft boiled for my liking, the ingredients were... plentiful, the noodles were fairly al dente, very good noodles, the serving size was deceptively plentiful. I would have given 5stars, but they don't reserve, and it was a wait during dinner, I would recommend reservation. Just the food alone, it would be4/5. Service 4/5. Ambience 3/5. I would definitely be coming back. Read more

Honest plate of food for a reasonable price. I wouldn?t say it was the best Ramen I ever had but it was good and the service was... quick. It?s definitely a good choice when you are at Spectrum and you don?t want to go to one of the overpriced alternativerestaurants. Read more

The first impression is the ambience and the cleanliness of the restaurant; I totally loved it. the staffs were quick and... friendly. However, the foods were not really satisfied me. They were carefully presented but the flavor was kinda lacking ofthe taste. I just always felt like missing something and the broth was plain. In total the quality didn't match with the value.Highly considering before deciding to try. Read more

Came here with family for dinner. We had a 40 min wait, seating is limited it seems especially for a larger group (we were 6).... The waitress was good once we were able to get seated. I was a upset one of the Japanese beers was sold out on the day wecame. The ramen was really good. I got the spicy hot ramen ... I like spicy food and this was pretty darn hot so be aware! I hadthe jalapeno chili too ... that may have not been needed in retrospect! Anyway, we liked the food both in quality and quantity.Service was good. I would come back again! Read more

Went w friends. Go early to get a spot on the wait list (usually 30 min). They text you when your table is ready, which is nice.... Got the garlic one. Quality is really good, especially the broth. Inside is fashionable, though not super roomy. Read more

Not as good as the original silverlake location. Thick slices of chashu aren't seared but they have decent flavor. Noodles are... chewy but the broth for the was lacking flavor. Would recommend trying the original location but not this one. Read more

3rd time trying this place, each with a different group of friends. My first experience was really good! Got the garlic truffle... ramen and that was very creamy, tasty, and deliciousy comforting until the very end. I also liked the spicy shoyu (the bfordered ????) which was too spicy for him so we switched dishes. The spicy shoyu is very citrusy because of the cilantro andlimes that came with it. Even though I enjoyed that dish, I can't say that the flavor between the spices and the limes crossedover smoothly once it landed on my tongue. ???? My 2nd visit, I got the blaze, and it was also good although not as flavorfulas the garlic truffle, nor as spicy (as I remember) as the spicy shoyu. This was an enjoyable dish for me. Their pork isdelicious and the fat almost melts in your mouth. This 3rd visit, I decided to be more adventurous and try their tsukemen. Thatwas... VERY fishy... Please note other ramens/tsukemens I've tried that had fish listed in the broth were refreshing so this isa first for me. Perhaps some people like this but was definitely not for me. You can see in the photo it is a creamy broth(which i thought was from the pork) but has a very INTENSE fishy taste. Fortunately they were kind enough to switch out my brothbut that was the extent of it. On this same visit, the friend ordered the garlic truffle with pork (needless to say he enjoyedit!). The bf forgot how spicy the spicy shoyu was and ordered it again (lol, but this time he didn't like my tsukemen either????). Other things to note: Photos were taken on 3rd visit. The service was okay despite the prices. They do not offeranything for birthdays. The average wait is about 30 minutes, but you get a text notification so you can walk around as youwait. Definitely would recommend ordering the garlic truffle ramen with pork. Read more
