My best friend took me here for my birthday and overall the place did not disappoint. Our server was friendly and funny, while... the food was fantastic. We really went to town with the appetizers and main courses and I can totally understand why people raveabout the place! The food was that good. The server knew we were celebrating but didn?t offer us dessert. By no means am Isaying I want a free dessert BUT I would love to see the menu. Instead we felt rushed out of the place after we finished ourentrees? our check was dropped without us even asking for it and thats a major ???????? for me. Why are you rushing me?! Kevin and Phil were great customer service in the jamboree location at the bar. I honestly love the baked ???? potatoe sauce... they have that no one has. Great customer service and food in Orange County ?? Plus they asked me to try a new item on the menu.It was amazing. Best American food I?ve had since the Midwest to be honest? I was working at the Boardwalk building for the day and made a lunch reservation to try Solstice. Here?s my overall... impression: Decor: 5/5 so cute! Very California fresh with bits of light wood and sage green and a pop of sherbet. Comfy seatstoo Food: Greens and grain bowl: 3.8/5 it?s bland on its own. I added watermelon radish, lemon juice, and candied walnuts. Iasked my very nice server if I could make some adjustments (after taking a bite) and she happily obliged Salmon: 4/5 verynicely cooked, only seasoned with salt. Crispy skin and luscious center Sweet potatoes: 10/5 the surprise winner! Wow veryunique and so delicious! I especially loved the smoked yogurt. I ordered PBLT, latte, fresh-ground filet burger, orange juice. All the food was delicious. I love that quiet and clean... atmosphere. The interior is so beautiful with plants hanging from the ceiling of the dining room, and even the smallest detailsin beautiful colors caught my attention. And all the staff are friendly! Hubby and I had a lovely time here for date night. It was our first time out after having a baby and the ambiance was very nice.... Omar was so friendly and ensured to take care of us. The weather was cold but they have strong heaters and offer soft blankets.We came after eating dinner so we shared the wagyu pasta. It was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend! Read more
The food was succulent and the vibe was chill! I got to try their Salmon Crudo and it was light on the wallet yet filling... despite the size. One of their friendly staff, Omar, guided me through their ??new age American with French cooking techniques,?as he put it. I would say their menu is extensive ranging from lobster crab to squash risotto. I enjoyed having lunch at this lovely restaurant celebrating my birthday. The restaurant had a nice birthday card for me when I... arrived. The ambiance was pretty, simple and artistic. Our server was okay but he could have been more pleasant. The food wasdelicious and nicely plated with beautiful presentation. My girlfriend and I ordered the delicious pan roasted salmon which wasperfectly cooked with a crispy skin. Then topped off with a birthday dessert - the apple butter cake and nutella bread pudding.Both desserts were yummy but I'm a bread pudding gal so that was my favorite. Went on a Friday for lunch.
