If I could put 0 star for this location I would. This is the worst Starbucks experience in my life which ruin my Saturday... morning. First of all, we order 2 croissants and the person only took one while he confirmed 2 with us. Then, while we arewaiting, I found that their kitchen is so dirty and messy. Then the lady who made the drinks with terrible service. Iaccidentally spilt coffee on myself in front of her and she has no reaction whatsoever. The drink we order tasted like water. Inever thought of a Cafe Moca would taste like watery chocolate and the cappuccino taste like water as well and there?s no coffeetaste. Disappointed ? Read more

Starbucks has recipes and mixes they follow. There is always the human factor that plays a role. The difference between good... (average) and exceptional is the human factor and this Starbucks is exceptional due to the team. In addition considering thisis a tough parking lot there is plenty of parking options and absolutely worth it. Read more
Exterior: Three stars. This is a "shopping center" location, shared parking lot, no drive through. It has one design fillip,... an oversized wall that defines the patio area to the side of the store. There is also a strip of tables fronting the parkinglot. Patio seating is well maintained and they have umbrellas. Interior: Two stars. Recent "long table" interior design buttiny and awkwardly shaped. One bathroom, not key or code required. Vibe: Four stars. Can do attitude with the staffhere. Closer to the freeway than you'd think, this Irvine location is quiet and clean. A welcome change from many other freewayadjacent locations in this area. Read more
As others have said before there are only about 7 parking spaces outside this Starbucks. The rest are now reserved for other... stores. I wish I could comment on the service at this Starbucks but since the only spaces were a good 5 minuite walk away andit was pouring rain I decided to go to a different coffee store. I hope that I can update this score when I come back anotherday. Read more
Would of been a great day for business for Starbucks! I?ve had friends who worked while in a hurricane ???? but not on a rainy... day ? & workers were sitting down?Overall had to run to north Italian and their expressly coffee ?? was only $4.50 glad I wentcoffee was good and new experience. I had to repeat myself 3 times each for 2 items, the cashier was so quite I had no idea what he was even saying. And they not... only got my order completely wrong But forgot an item Which when I asked for I was rudely told "it's coming" And when it didarrive It was the wrong item. I got nothing of what I wanted and wind up just throwing them away. I understand the foodindustry I work in it I was the only person their and I wanted 2 simple items, after a certain point the customer isn't being aKaren, you are just ACTUALLY incompetent. Read more
