Agree with other bad reviews. Worst service I've ever received at a Starbucks. I placed my mobile order at 10:55 am today with... an 11:07 am pick up time. Arrived at 11:06, waited for awhile & finally had to ask if they had an order for me. Meanwhile I havea baby screaming in the stroller. No one seemed to have any urgency nor was anyone asking if people waiting needed help. I waswatching a girl place orders in front of her & there didn't seem to be any logical sequence for which orders were worked on.After finally getting one of my two drinks, I had to tell them there was a second one. I finally walked out of there at 11:20.25 minutes for 2 drinks and chickpea bites (which require no heating up). No one said they're sorry for the wait & honestly didnot seem to care one bit about the customers. The owner of this location really needs to work with the kids on customer serviceand work flow. Worst Starbucks I've ever been too. They always take like 20 minutes to make a simple coffee. I've came here multiple times,... because it's 5 mins away from my house but after all my bad experiences here, I'd rather drive 15 mins away to get betterservice. Some times they don't even say your name and instead they put your order in the "mobile order" section when youliterally ordered up front. Read more
This place is not drive thru fix and update your details. I also waited over 15minutes to get an order. Has people behind me get... orders first and all they could say was they?re short staffed. Well they forgot and people have work to get back to! Read more
Service here is great. Hard to find parking due to popular shops. Mobile ordering and the 5 min parking will be your saving... grace. They also have out seating and umbrellas. Few lounge chairs . You can seat inside as well Read more
Visited this Starbucks on July 4th. The staff was upbeat, fun, and incredibly attentive. For a busy day, they wete fantastic... keeping the orders moving quickly. Looking forward to coming here again because the staff was so awesome. Read more
-- Updated review 8-21-19 -- Very disappointed with some of the staff here. I went in to get coffee and a treat for my son.... Some of the staff had an attitude which made it seem like they rather poke their eyes with rusty nails instead of workthere. Maybe they were having a bad day, and in fact, that could have been the case because there was a major water leak comingdown near the registers. Sh*t happens, I know. The real issue happened when the supervisor appoached me a bit confrontationaland told me I wasn't allowed to take pictures and I should move on. I was photographing some of the displays and just stuffaround the store. I ended up contacting corporate and they confirmed there is no such policy, in fact they welcomenon-commercial photgraphy for stuff like reviews on social media, etc. As my previous review points out (see below), this storelacks understanding of customer service and the staff is not trained well. I've never been told that before from any otherstore, and in fact it is NOT a policy. Very disappointed. --original review 3+ years ago -- This is a fine store, but I thinkit could use a little bit of improvement. My order comes out wrong maybe 1 out of 5 times. They're really nice about it andusually remake the drink, but this shouldn't even be an issue. The place is nice and most of the time it's really clean. Mysuggestion to Startbucks would be to switch employees with other high-performing stores so they can cross train each other. Ithink this store could use some tips and training from other high-volume stores nearby. Read more
