This is the first Starbuks I have been into in quite awhile that was clean. It was refreshing to see.
We asked for hot chocolate with no mocha drizzle and no mocha and it gave us a bottle of steamed milk.
I was with a group from able. We were going to able.The driver of the car need car need to get coffee and water to drink.
Usually great service and perfect coffee. But today our barista, not one we've had before, was not very pleasant and her coffee... just as unpleasant as her demeanor. If she is the only one working next time, we will go elsewhere. In customer service, youshould always be one step above the brand you represent regardless of how your day is going. THEY CLOSE THE PLACE, LITERALLY LOCK THE DOORS, IF THE STAFF DOESN'T FEEL LIKE WORKING. Don't believe me, go seefor yourself. ... They'll be there, in the actual store, standing behind the counter, looking at you through the window, but the door is lockedand they are shaking their heads. I have video of them doing this.
