So delighted to find the Irvine branch near me. I first started going here around 12 years ago in West Hills. I can say truly... that their consistency has not changed through out the years and highly recommend this establishment to anyone I know. Theservice is always an exceptional experience. To say the least this place is similar to an old dinner that is on its last leg and just hasn't had that final straw to put it... to rest. My wife and I went here to test it out after living across the street from this place for ever a year and finally gaveit a good old college try. On first walking through the door the first instance of the food was a server walking past us with aplate of chicken and a lot of some sort of sauce leaking off the chicken onto the plate and the serving dish that the waitresswas holding. although we did notice that we continued forward onto ordering and sitting down. At the table my wife had chosenthere was 2 flies against the wall of the booth, that was insistent on staying exactly where it was after multiple attempts atshooing it away, clearly showing that we were in their domain. To the right of us was an assortment of boxes across severaltables and the use of half the dinning area as a prep station. My wife's food arrived first, her Tri-tip was room temperatureat best and wasn't very tasteful or delicious and arrived far before my own food had arrived, she also had garlic mash potatoesthat tasted similar to someone pouring a pound of garlic salt and throwing them in the microwave a few times before serving themto her, the mash potatoes were also cold on arrival. To her description the best part of the meal that she had ordered was thegarlic bread sticks which came as a pair (2) bread sticks that were acceptable as a starter but not as apart of the main mealthat she had ordered. I had ordered the pepperoni pizza that arrived about 7 mins after she had started eating. The pizza thatI did receive wasn't anything special or really note worthy. After having about half of the pizza I had started to tastesomething that tasted off and after everything I had experienced at this point I felt as if its a safer call to stop eating.honestly I felt like a better use of my money would of been to just go to MOD Pizza on the other sid Read more
Used to love this place. Picked up ribs, salad, dessert today. I noticed the same food was about $20 more than last time but... everything costs more these days. The food, though, was a bummer. Ribs were over cooked, salad dressing was thinned down. Samewith the cake frosting...all runny. My guests weren't impressed. Read more
Wow! This place was great ????! The pricing was good and the portions large. Everything can pretty much be ordered family style.... Get your own silverware and drinks while you wait for your food to be brought to you after your order has been placed at thefront. You get one of those beeper things to leave on your table. Great place for family and friends alike to enjoy a good meal.Beer and wine available. Large seat yourself area with both indoor and outdoor seating with tables and booths alike. A must try.
