Ordered the Cali-Grains bowl & it was tasty. It was nothing special besides a salad, but overall still good.
Never had a bad experience at a Veggie Grill! The staff is always so nice and helpful, and the food is amazing! I usually am not... a fan of vegan food, but I make an exception for this place. I recommend trying the buffalo boneless wings and sweet potatofries! Read more
I'm really learning to love Vegan food, thanks to a lady friend. I ended up eating a Cajun chicken sandwich wrapped in lettuce... since I'm watching my carbs and a side of Mac and cheese. I happened to find this place when walking around near Jamboree road and it was a place worth trying. Had no expectations going... in and tried the Far East bowl with tempeh and thoroughly enjoyed it. The taste is hard to explain but try it to experience it.I would comeback again to try other dishes. I always come here it's way easier to enjoy yourself at this one compared to spectrum center and other veggie grills because of... the available parking easy access, and it's not so busy like the l.a area . Vegan everything! Love it - but not their vegan cheese.. We decided to give this place a try because their menu has an... impressive variety of vegan food. They serve everything from wings and fries to soup bowls to sandwiches to even vegan desert.We?ve tried a few items, but our favorite still remains the fake-meat ?Tuna Melt?sandwich! However, we aren?t huge fans of theMac and ?cheese?. We?ve had vegan cheese before, and it?s never like the original thing. But several places substitute milk withcashew/almond milk or other ingredients and manage to do it quite well. Unfortunately that?s not true at Veggie Grill. Their macand cheese was borderline inedible. Also we weren?t terribly impressed with their fries either.. just in case you were thinkingof adding them as sides. The food that gets better as you eat it. At first I would say that the loaded burrito was a 7.25/10 but as I ate it it got... better and better, and ended around a 9/10.
