We dined in on our latest visit.took 10 minutes to get someone to the register. They couldn?t complete the transaction. So I had... to use the kiosk instead. The manager was to busy working drive thru to help the cashier. The food only took 10 minutes afterwe able to order. We get our food it was cold. I asked for fresh and the manger rolled her eyes and said ?oh my god!?. Thetables were not clean. The floor is greasy and slippery. Read more
They only reason I did 3 stars is because I was in and out in 8 minutes the floor had ice cream dumped on it in several spots... the size of my hand and napkins and other trash from straws and toy wrappers from happy mills I even got smacked in the facewith a cob web running from the door to the 1rst order station when I asked why it was so nasty with so many ppl working theylooked at it and walked off if no changes are made I see a slip n fall lawsuit in their future sandwiches were ok fries were oldand crispy this used to be my go to place but I'll probably never be back there if I do itll be awhile Read more

We ordered our food with no pickles on it and their cook though it would be funny to put 1 pickle in the middle of a hamburger... on spite. They most not have no manager or even worst have a manager that lets them do what they want to.. I would not eat hereagain and unless you want your food messed with you should not eat here either. I wish there was a rating lower than a 1 star; they screwed up my entire meal except the drinks and they never answer their... calls when it comes to Customer service, but when you call the line for applicants; they pick up the phone. Definitely not aplace I'd recommend. Read more
Update.... said I?d never be back here but here I am again getting food for someone else. I swear I?m gonna open a real ?FAST... FOOD? Resturant. It?s 10:50, only 2 cars here, myself and one other. All I had was a crispy chicken and the other guy had ahappy meal. What did they do??..pulled us to the curbside spots and had to wait 20 minutes for that!!!!... What takes sofreaking long at this McDonald?s???? I don?t understand!!! Slowest ?Fast Food? Restaurant on earth!!!! If you stop here, youbetter have at least 35-40 minutes to kill in the drive through, no matter what time of day!!! Absolute slowest McDonald?sanywhere. It was really late and we had driven back from St Joe's hospital. I was really tired. My kid had been through enough so to cheer... him up I got a happy meal and a couple treats. It's really a hit or miss with the staff. They can be super awesome or rude andmissing half your stuff. Since it's only one of the few places in Irving to grab something quick and if your kid wants a happymeal you take your chances pray you get the awesome staff because they really are great. Read more
Night shift staff is slow as hell, everyone is standing outside smoking cigarettes while the drive thru and curbside is full.... Been waiting 25 minutes for curbside and if it?s anything like usual the order will be wrong or cold when it shows up. Update:40 minutes later food was cold and wrong, went in and there?s trash all over the floors. Staff looks like what you?d see in atruck stop parking lot at midnight. Read more
