5 people behind the counter and I had to ask someone to take our order, she then acted like I was invisible and my husband had... to tell her what I wanted. The kitchen was mopped before the bathroom which made the floor so slick I had to hold on to the wallto pull my pants up. Only 3 tables were not nasty. I have been in food service for 30 years and I know when a place is busy,this place was not. There was no excuse for how bad the service was. Really? Very fresh, friendly staff, line is a little slow but nothing has been cold ever so it's worth the wait.
Went through cause me and my wife was hungry after work, their hours says till 12 am but when me and my wife went through at 10... till 10 the speaker said they was closed, although there was several cars in the drive thru. Update: Called the Wendy?s. Asked the manager what dressing came with the salad, she said champagne vinaigrette ... which I... already knew. I told her I was given ranch and asked if they were out of bacon. She said they?re not out of bacon, so I justdidn?t get it. I said please let your drive thru person know to be telling people 1. They?re out of the dressing and chicken.She said they are. No they?re not. Then she proceeded to hang up on me. Way to go. If I could give zero stars I would. I live tofar away to come back. If they were busy I would understand but there were 2 cars in front of us and no one behind us. Orderedthe strawberry summer salad... Was told at the pay window the ?grilled chicken? was down. I was offered breaded chicken orspicy breaded chicken. I said no chicken is fine. Was given NO discounts. Then got my strawberry salad with RANCH dressing! AndNO bacon. Disgusting.
