I wasn't able to buy anything thing. I tried to use the automated system to place my order, no assistance was offered by the... workers. I don't feel that good about the automated systems. I was at the airport in buffalo ny, within 5 minutes i got a callfrom fraud alert that some one had used my debit card to buy several cups of coffee in a McDonalds in Indiana.???? Read more

This place is very short staffed. I waited 57 minutes for a big mac with crusty Karen hair in it Also not to mention the spiders... above watching my every move had me scared for my life. Also while you eat you can watch the bugs fly around Read more
My wife and I stopped here on our travels, it was right off the highway so somewhat convenient, as we were ordering they looked... completely overwhelmed to be fair they were very understaffed whether it's because of management or employees calling in sick wedon't know, after ordering our food and sitting down we started eating the fries and found them to be completely stale, I askedhim to replace the fries with fresh ones and they had absolutely no problem doing so, went back to the seat started eating ourchicken sandwiches and a game founded chicken sandwiches to be completely stale, at this point I didn't want to be that customerthat complained about everything and also was in a hurry so didn't want to wait for new food to be cooked, eventually they didbring out french fries and they were good but quality control needs to be a lot better on the food at this location and maybeconsider keeping more staff on during the shift. I've stopped in here while traveling and the service is slow like I have never seen. Recently I ordered 2 hamburgers, finally... got my order, went to my car to continue my drive. I opened one hamburger to eat to see cheese, I opened the bun and no burger.Just cheese , pickles, and ketchup. Yes the second one too. How does this happen, got them exchanged for ones with meat. Thisweek I stopped in and got a Chicken sandwich, again slow. And this time I got the chicken. That's it nothing else. Just thechicken on the bun. This place is disgusting! Cigarettes on the kiosk, no napkins, shoes sticking to the floor, overflowing trash and it's only 9am!... Ordered a breakfast burrito with hot sauce was given a cold burrito with mild. Ordered a sugar free vanilla ice coffee and gotan ice coffee with Splenda and cream because they were all out. I don't mind waiting when everyone is short staffed; I get it but I waited 26 mins for a burnt chicken sandwich; which I tried... to eat but could not. I got a refund with no apologies given. Rude is an understatement like it's OK for your staff to be likethis because you know my situation will not hinder your business. Burger kings next door they have never been rude to me. Stopped here 2x in the last week traveling through the area. First time my quarter pounder was black and burnt under the cheese.... The next time they over charged me for extra cheese on a quarter pounder with cheese that I did not ask for. Would I go thereagain yes but only to use the restroom not buy food cause it's not that far off the interstate I was traveling on. Read more
