I visited at a slow time. There were several other customers, and we all sat at the bar. So it's odd that the food took a very... long time to come out. They apparently just forgot to serve it because right after I asked about it, it was brought out. Thechips and queso were great, but there weren't many chips. The burger and fries were decently good. Very horrible customer service after 10 pm and I felt racism. So we ordered our drinks they came had already ordered the food... omg the food was cold and nasty the chips for the dip were very old. The boneless wings very hard and old. Once they brought thefood out that was it we didn't see the Waiter anymore so we left all the food and drinks everything was still on the tableplease do no go to this Applebee's after teb the food and customer service was horrible made Applebee's look real bad. We werethe only black couple sitting in a dam corner. That experience last night was horrible we left hungry and very disappointed.Applebee's is one of those restaurants thats open a little later easy money as long as the product is good and it was horrible Ionly rated them 1 star so I could write this review so people could read this before they make plans to eat there. I came in late one night around midnight with my bf and daughter and I was going to order a drink. The server asked for my ID,... and THEN proceeded to tell me they can't serve my drink at that time anymore...??? I literally saw other tables with the type ofdrink I wanted so it made no sense. After that we tried getting a 2 for 25 and asked if we could use one of the appetizers wehad already ordered as part of the meal, he said he'd try as he walked off and didn't even let us finish ordering the rest ofour food. He didn't end up putting the appetizer in the deal, brought me another, and charged me for the extra one. I also SAWhim right down how my bf wanted his burger and it still came with everything he didn't want. The food was decent but I was sodisappointed in the server that day. He didn't even have a name tag on so I couldn't even tell what his name was. He has lots oftattoos on his arms though. Poor service. Read more
