Not the best Gaucho food experience for the price ever. Service was great. Julio very attentive. But the food; caesar salad was... brown, meats were super hard, could barely eat any, so I asked for chicken (thinking that will be juicy & fresh- disappointed)chicken came out worse than the meats, wasn't sure if it was supposed to be grilled or fried. Disappointing, friendly staff but very slow. Meat didn’t come by often you had to wait so long between skewers to come by.... Price is the same as other high-end Brazilian Churrascaria. Not worth it. Read more
Went here for Father’s Day, the food was great and the wait wasn’t very long either, especially for it being Father’s... Day. All the meat was great, better to me than most of the popular corporate chain restaurants. They offer complimentary valethere as well. Don’t forget your cash for tips! We will definitely be back for another round of meat, the spicy steaks, lambchops, & beef rib were the top three in our party. Read more

My friend and I had such a great experience here. We elected to do the salad and sides experience only, and were pleasantly... surprised. Not only was the food good, but the service was also amazing. I’d like to specifically praise Julio and Damien fortheir service last night. They made sure we were good very frequently. And they were really nice young men. This is a beautiful restaurant. They offer Happy Hour in which the drinks are phenomenal! Most places make drinks look wonderful... but are watered down. Not the case at Blaze!!! The meat offerings were well seasoned and delicious. My favorite cut was the legof lamb. Also the spicy sirloin was amazing. The sides were just okay. However, they do offer real mashed potatoes which Iloved. Don't leave without dessert. My suggestion is the carrot cake. Read more

It's 50° outside and shouldn't be 50° inside! But perfect for a firstdate. You know within 15 minutes if you want to spend more time with somebody. If by the end of your first drink, you decideyou want to take things further, just walk to one of the 8 bars and restaurants within a block. If not just tell them it's toocold in here and you have a easy reason to leave. Not five stars because it wasn't a good experience for me, but not one starbecause I didn't eat the food--too cold and the slow country is not the mood I'm ever looking for at happy hour.
