Pizza lovers of the DFW Area, this pizza spot came across my field of view as I was driving around Irving, TX. It?s called Blaze... Pizza. I do enjoy Domino?s, but this place has them beat by a long shot if you want to create your own pie, which is what Idid. This delicious pizza has Pesto Garlic Sauce as the base, Fresh Mozzarella, Feta, and Ricotta Cheese, Grilled Chicken,Applewood Smoked Bacon, Smoked Ham, fresh Chopped Garlic, Cherry Tomatoes, fresh Basil, Red Peppers, Spinach, and Fire-RoastedBroccoli seasoned with Oregano and Sea Salt. After it finished baking, it was finished with an Olive Oil Drizzle and Arugulawith a Large Blood Orange Lemonade to drink. Aaaaaalllll that for just under $17. Can?t beat that. That?s 3 different cheeses,3 meats, and 7 vegetables on one pie. You can?t find that at any major pizza chain. Bring your appetite and stay a while.You?ll be glad you did. The people are great. I have never been a restaurant which has a best pizza, best service and very clean!! They have lots of selection on toppings!!... They make fresh dough everyday and all the ingredients are really fresh as well. Service is on another level, it was my firsttime and all the employees were on point on helping. To start, I don't usually go to a pizza chain to eat pizza because the stereotype usually holds up but this occasion was... different as I was excited to try out Blaze pizza because it was new in the area. They make your very own personal pizza rightin front of you however you like with delicious, fresh ingredients. The restaurant is very clean with plenty of seatingavailable. This has to be the best pizza in the Irving area. I believe that the fresh dough and the fresh ingredients reallymake a difference and they really bring this restaurant to the rank of #1 on my pizza list. I just left this restaurant unsatisfied and disgusted. As a former restaurant manager I was extremely displeased by the response... I got from the manager and employees. I am a professional chef and have over 15 yrs of management experience. I was enjoying mypizza until I got to a slice that had something on it that was not food. I was told by one of the employees that next time don'teat the whole pizza and then ask for a refund ????????????. All the employees debated with me about what it was. One tried totell me is was from the oven. The manager tried to convince me it was mushroom. It was fuzzy and soily (dirt). I insisted foreveryone to pick it up and look and feel it. No one would touch it. If it is a piece of mushroom or from the oven why would noone touch it?!!! Read more
Very friendly staff. Had a wide selection of toppings and other things to choose from. Great value for unlimited topping... pizza. The location is great for convenience. I will come back again soon. Keep in mind. Parking lots may be slightly busy attimes since there are several other restaurants in the strip center. Read more
Basically, if you don't like what's on it, it's your fault.. you build your own pizza, sauce its good, topping full of... flavors.. I got a large with classic sauce, pepperoni, bacon, chicken, ham, and Italian sausage. Glad we decided to stop by for a quick bite. The staff set the tone as soon as we walked in. Everyone was friendly and... welcoming! There were lots of fresh toppings and sauces to choose from. We ordered two specials and our pizzas were ready in notime. I ordered the white with spinach and sausage (topped with arugula) and loved every bite! My husband ordered pepperoni withmeatballs and he enjoyed it as well. The blood orange lemonade was delicious! Read more
