I had a pickup order. I went to go pick it up at the time it was supposed to be ready. I arrived and they said it was going to... be a 45 min wait. Ended up waiting over an hour, that's fine whatever. The food wasn't even hot and I don't live more than 6mins away. Sadly that wasn't even the worst part, everyone who ate the wings that I brought got food poisoning. VERYdisappointed, I don't recommend this place. Not the best experience. Other people who sat down after we had ordered got their food first. My wings were drenched in sauce... to the point that I couldnt even finish them, the fries were floppy?service was okay but the food was heavily lacking. Read more
The worst service ever. We went to dinner at around 10:30 with a family of 8. The service person was not at all paying attention... to our table. we ordered small bites first and later when we want to order food, he said kitchen closed. But other tables aregetting served. When we asked why you were not taking the order, Even the Manager didn?t bothered to ask what went wrong. Andhe said he will check with the person after the shift. They behaved so rude. Is this how you give respect to the immigrants-and you are serving others normally? We were so polite and really thought the kitchen is closed and he also said chicken isout so they are closing it. Absolutely disgusting. We were sat and all the tables around us had not been picked up. Manager and servers walked by several... times glanced at the dirty tables overflowing with trash and did nothing about it. Instead, they started dropping off more dirtycups, plates, napkins,etc. Read more
Ordered 10 boneless wings. 5 were regular hot wings. 1 looked questionable. All wings felt hard... almost stale. They also ran... out of French fries and sent tator tots instead. Definitely got cheated. Read more
I haven't been to BWW for couple of years. Last time I was here the food was okay, but took forever to come out. This time, I... ordered a burger, wings and vegi-sticks. . The vegi-sticks came out as is in the photo. I didn't eat any of it or altered thephoto in any way. It looked like they took it out of their garbage can and served it as food. Dried up cracked carrots and stalecelery sticks. They didn't even bother to cut off the stale brown ends off of the celery sticks. Service was mediocre atbest. . I don't know about the rest of their menu, but the fact that they served this garbage and expected me to eat it....smh Read more
