I've been eating lunch for a while now. The food is pretty good, and they have very good daily specials. I recommend the medium... spicy noodle bowl. But what I like the most is the treatment they have with the customer. Roxanne is the Manager and she has avery good treatment, always attentive, smiling and willing to help. Those ladies (older supervisor in particular encouraged & younger girl participated) will talk trash in spanish thinking we (the... customers) don't speak & understand spanish. Extremely rude to a point other customes in lobby were shocked. What's your goal toembarrass the customer because of your mistakes. Learn how to count money. Need to teach them how to count money & how to talkto customers. Definitely need a class in good customer service. Doesn't matter how good the food is good customer service comesfirst. After going for years that will be my last visit to any Mr. Wongs and always having good experiences not sure whathappened with this staffing change at this location. You can get chicken rice under 9 dollars moreover the daily specials are my favorite in Mr. WONG'S. All the daily specials are... below 8 dollars and you can get a free hot sauce for one of the daily special. The rice is very tasty ????. Read more
This is one if not the best place ever for chicken and rice. Great service and Awesome food. Thanks for coming to Irving.Y'all... are right next to the Krogers I shop at as well as less then 10 minutes from my house. So I can get lunch or dinner home andserve it hot.The staff is AWESOME and the food great. Hope you never leave and I spread the word about y'all to everyone I know.Thanks again and Y'all Rock!!!! Always very clean inside. If it's not busy you will find them cleaning the dining area as wellas behind the counter. I have never had a bad experience here and I always get their 30 pc chicken fingers with fried rice (thistrip I got a small fries and they were actually super hot) so we have dinner that night and lunch the next day (they are goodcold straight out the fridge) one of these trips I'm going to try either the fish or wings.
