Ordered on the Chipotle app. When it was delivered it was missing the chips and guacamole. Looking at the receipt on the bag, it... was on it. The tamper seal was intact on the bag. The bowl ordered was missing the onions and peppers. The delivery drivertried going back to the store and was told that they were out of chips. Why did they not call me to let me know when they madethe order. They would not answer the phone when I called. The app was no help. The website "Pepper" could only give me limitedtime offer. Horrible customer service. Waited 30-40 mins for an online order. When I asked what happened to it, I was met with attitude... saying it was already made. They saw me sitting there the whole time and I did not ever see them place it in the mobile ordersection and I don't appreciate the implication that I had stolen it. The food itself had so much sour cream that it was a bowlof soup. The last three times I have eaten here, either ordering online or at the counter, it has taken so much time, especiallyfor a place with pre-made food. Terrible time management and poor employee care! We live close by few Chipotle and this location use to serve good food so this was our regular go to chipotle, service was good... with both quality and quantity wise. Yesterday we decided to pick up take out dinner. I feel very back about the quality andquantity. I pick up Veg option this time and there was may be half a spoon avocado, lots of rice and very little other stuff.It is half the quantity what we use to get in the past. It was so little that we have to pick up our meal from another fastfood restaurant. Finding this on the top of increase price I don't think we should go to this place. At least I am not going tovisit them again for long time. Very upset. Read more
