No matter what time I go to this place…the fries are faithfully DISGUSTING! They have to be utilizing on grease and i think... that needs to be checked out. I have even handed the fries back and requested fresh ones and they still taste like old grease. Read more
I mean, it's McDonald's. Once a month I have to go into the office. This particular morning I had a craving for an eggwhite... delite but I guess they no longer have them. Sausage McMuffin with egg was sufficient. They do have a double drive-thru so it'sa bit of a fight to get to the window but that's not really McDonald's fault. Read more
I wasn’t the one eating but my boyfriend was trying to get food last night and we thought since it’s 24hrs they would be... open inside.. (people were inside sitting) but the doors were locked.. I called 5 times this morning just to confirm and noanswer. We went to four places with the doors locked at 9:20pm when they close at 10pm. This was the only other option since hedrives a massive truck and can’t always fit in the drive thrus. As a manager myself.. I’m appalled at little to no customerservice.. makes me not want to be nice anymore. Read more
Customer service could be better. I waited for someone to take my order, they saw me there and ignored me. Then, after 5... minutes, one of the ladies said, "use the kiosk." The other customers were like ok and of course, we rushed to use the kioskbehind us. After the long wait, I finally got my order. The fries were so COLD that I couldn't even eat them. It seemed that Iwasn't the only one having issues with my order. In less than 10 minutes, 2 other customers came in to let them know that theyhave gotten the wrong order. Read more
