Dear fellow shoppers, please be aware of how much they charge you for what you order. Employees at this chipotle are unaware of... how to use register and they will charge you incorrectly. I bought a sofritas burrito and got charged for Steak Burrito. Notbeing able to prepare a burrito with wrong portion sizes despite customers telling them specifically how much to put multipletimes is one thing. Charging (over-charging) incorrectly for the food you purchase is another thing. Read more

The employees are working quick but for cleaning the place probably they don't have time. I have to say only about the place... inside, it's very dirty, the floor looks like never moped, where you order your food the counter is very dirty with food, trashcans full of trash. Read more
I've only had Chipotle a few times & after visiting this location it's highly unlikely that I'll return. Not sure what the... employees were doing but I never saw them cleaning the dining & serving area as customers came in & out. I requested fresh quesobecause what they had appeared to be from the previous day. The server told me that it was cooking & would be a while. No queso.Ordered a bowl & it was flavorless. Let me start by saying o go to chipotle over 200 times a year. I drive a lot and have my go to places but sometimes I am out of... the area and stop by a store. This was the worst experience I?ve had. It was dirty inside, at lest 8 tables left without beingwiped down and food left on the table, the floor was covered in debris, every trash cab was overflowing, floor behind the linewas covered in food and the trash can behind the line was overflowing as well, they didn?t have mobile ordering available, itseemed liked every person behind the counter was under 25. I thought chipotle had a level of excellence they held themselves toowith quality food and clean dining rooms. The rice was undercooked which happens every once in a while but it was well overcooked. Didn?t seem like there was anyone in charge or taking care of the big picture stuff. I hope they get their act togetherat this store and this is a one time event. Read more
It seems consistent with the brand. Maybe they just had a rush but was a bit messy. Staff was helpful with menu suggestions.
