This particular restaurant isn't the best place to get chicken. It could be the location but I found this particular restaurant... didn't look clean. All food is delivered to the window and as you are standing at the window waiting for your food. You can seeflies throughout the building. The windows are left open after your order is taken. Nothing about the building looked sanitaryto me. The food itself wasn't really good. It wasn't seasoned well and a couple pieces didn't look like they were cookedcompletely. Horrible service . One manager (I guess) taking and prepping orders to still to have an attitude when she doesn't have an item... she has just sold to a customer. Cook (I'm guessing) in the back preparing his food and drink to get out of the business. Stoodin line for over 30 minutes in this outrageous heat just to not get what I needed which were just sides not even chicken. Read more

I've been to this location several times in the past and it's been mostly trouble free until this past Friday, 6/24/2022. They... got our order completely wrong and they only have us a ½ a container of gravy. To top it off the chicken was cooked in oldgrease that really needed changing. It had that burnt grease taste. It was awful ???? When we told them about the ½ containerof gravy they told us that they do that so we don't spill it in the car on the drive home. I said I'm not paying for ½container, I'm paying for a full container. OMG! She was freaking out because we wanted a full container. I thought her head wasgoing to explode ????. I mean, it's gravy for heavens sake, just full it up and let's get on with our day. Well, she had to goget the manager who told her to fill it up. All the while the manager is giving us the LOOK ????. You know, that look that says"go away, you'r really making my day difficult". A very mean look ???? The Church's Chicken on belt line is always bad andobviously the management at this location has serious issues so now I'm not sure where to go. I guess I'll go to Golden Chick orChicken Express. Thanks. Great service with a smile and food. Much appreciated the extra peppers. I ordered (2)2 piece dark meals. I was scared... and safe at the same time. Lol. Right down the street from the police station. I didn't eat the first time. I decided to getsomething a few days later. I had to come back to change this review. OLD FOOD served with smile.
