DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER HERE??.I ordered my food and I checked my account that said that my food was delivered but when I... called they didn't pick up so I called on a different phone and now they are saying that my food was delivered and that theyknocked on my door but they never knocked on the door now they saying we can't get our food delivered here. They then donecussed me out then hung up on me saying that they don?t want to send another driver to deliver some free food. This is veryunprofessional. Read more

This is the worst customer service ever. They delivered my order and forgot a pop. I called to let them know and the guy hung up... on me. When I called back several times they keep hanging up. A lady finally answered and a so called manager came to the phone.I suspect it was not the manager as he was rude and said he was tired and he worked two jobs. As, if him working two jobsjustify his hanging up the phone. He said his name was Rubin, the girl that answer said the manager name was Logan. I don'tnormally eat Domino, but I thought I would give it a try. I remember why now. The food and the service is horrible. Read more

My daughter in law was placed in the quality inn by the airline because they caused her to miss her connecting flight. No food... available so we called dominos to have food delivered. After the order was placed and confirmed some guy called from dominosvery rude and told us their driver left and they couldn?t deliver. If the guy hadn?t been so rude I would have let it go but hewas a total jerk. Read more

It took almost 2 hours to deliver pizza. We had to call multiple times to check. Deserve no rating. Not worthy to spend time.

Worse experience ever. I tried about 6 times because I love Domino's pizza, but looks like is time to switch to a better one... because of the customer service. I will get the employees names, because they have no idea about customer service, they werevery rude and they just don't care. And of course I will spread this to whoever loves pizza. Read more

I usually order from this location (West Walnut Hill, Irving) and the food is usually great but this order was really... disappointing. I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta dish with the barbecue wings the noodles were dry and burnt not enough sauceon the noodles the chicken was plain with a little drizzle of sauce on them they also appeared to be old and I was overcharged Iwas supposed to be charged $5.99 for each but instead I was not charged the coupon price and the cashier charged me $16.22total. I might eat here again but I?ll be sure to check my food and receipt before leaving the store Read more

I've been here three months, and this "was" one of my favorite spots to order pizza from. Yesterday(3-2-2022) I ordered on-line... and I paid at the store. I got there and the guy on the register stated that they could not take a $50 dollar bill from mebecause they didn't have the change to cover it. Mind you, they have a makeshift sign stating that they do not accept $100bills. I will also add, my pizza's cost was $22 and change. Now, what establishment doesn't have $27 dollars after breaking a$50??? I politely reminded the gentleman that I have bought pizza online from here many times, paying with my credit card, buttoday, I'm paying with cash. The manager got involved and suggested that I should go to 7/11 and buy something, then return andpurchase their pizza! "Comical right??" Not wanting to jump to conclusions as to why they wouldn't honor my cash like they honormy credit card, I insisted that the problem was solely theirs and I'm not going to go spend my hard earned money somewhere elsein order to come back and purchase their pizza. And since they don't have a real policy on not accepting my $50, they need tofigure it out! Long story short, the guy working the register, took money out of his pocket to cover the change that the managerclaimed they didn't have. Unbelievable!! Other than that, "my" orders are always fresh and on time, but whatever they have goingon with the "big bills" thing, needs to be on an official policy letter and not scribbled with a marker. The manager welcomed me with a smile as I walked in, when I came to pick up my order she opened the boxes and asked me if they... looked correct and asked if I wanted anything like peppers and cheese also the food was prepared, I didn?t have to wait andreceived it hot and ready, overall the food was great.
