Terrible experience, I was with my 6 year old daughter and went to this store to order a pizza, we pay 15 for a medium pepperoni... pizza, then the next person in line receive an offer-promotion for two for same price, then I asked to match the promotion, heranswer was sorry you already paid and can?t change to a promotion. Then we start arguing about the bad customer service, whenanother employee yells at me ?we don?t give a #### about your pizza? and threatened me to call the police ??? I asked to pleasecall the police!!!! Ending up leaving the store, they can keep my 15 bucks and their pizza, Dominos never again !!!!!! So manyother options around. Read more
Hello, Ordered 3 pizzas for carry out on Friday and the order went through at 12am and I drove all the way there just for them... to have all the lights turned off and they had the store completely closed down and cleaned by 12:20am and they said theycanceled my order and told me they called 2 to tell me they canceled the order witch they did not I had no missed calls. Theysay open until 1am carry out so how was all the toppings put up and everything cleaned by 12:20am. They were being lazy andclosed the store down over an hour early at least. False advertising saying open until 1am and the system accept my order sothey manually cancel my order and lied about calling me before I paid online and drove over there. Bad business and no way totreat customers. Luckily for me the riverside location took my order and was still open and making pizza?s like the website saysand I got my order from them. If you want pizza with good quality and reliable go to the riverside location with is 8 minutesaway and get better quality and employees who do there job with a smile on there face. The service I received today was TRASH!!! THIS LOCATION needs new employees immediately. I showed up and waited 15 minutes... before other customers in line behind me were also getting impatient. Clearly the frustration was not mine alone. Apparently thelady behind me had order two hours prior and was upset. So the disrespectful male employee with Pink hair decided to beextremely rude to her and make excuses about how he was the only one there and was also lying as there were two other employeesstanding there also. So Being first in line anyways I decided to ask him if my order would also be delayed and was met withmatching disrespectful tone attitude and body language. I get it if you're having a bad day but DO NOT EVER TALK TO ME LIKE THATWHEN I AM JUST TRYING TO GET MY FOOD. Horrible experience from this location. We ordered pizza from this location and the pizza was overcooked , burnt and bacame hard... like chips upon calling the store they wanted to see the pizza as i am done for the day i asked to send some one to get thepizza and the assoiate was very rude, when i asked for manager to put me on the line she disconnected the call when i calledagain and asked why she disconnected the call the lady was so rude and suggested not to order pizza from that location. Very bad experience with my order. I ordered sandwich and it came without sauce . I had to go back to get the sauce and that... person doesn't had any apology. Such a pathetic service . Dominos should hire good staff . Cashier was nice . But the person whowas working in the kitchen was mannerless fellow . This location is pathetic . Better go to papa John's or pizza hut . This Domino's is the worst I have ever been to. They messed up my pizza and when I called, the guy offered to remake me a new... one but the new one tasted worse than the first one! It was so greasy that I couldn't even eat it and had to throw it away. It'slike he purposely made it awful. Don't waste your money here, go to pizza hut or anywhere else.
