Let me just start it by saying I have had steaks in places that will cost you well over 400 dollars, but this place beats those... expensive restaurants by miles. It?s really reasonably priced. You won?t have to break your bank to get some good quality meat.All meat are halal and fresh. They will even cook the steak for you and serve you. The cooked steaks are full of flavor. Theowner cooked it the way I wanted. Tasted better than any steaks I had. They also have a good selection of freshly squeezed fruitdrinks. Their dessert selection is also awesome. Visited this place 30 mins before closing and loved the fact that they make everything right in front of us. we order their taco... bowl with chicken, chicken taco, shrimp taco, and smoke jerk chicken taco. The tacos come in a single small tortilla. Theyshould use a bigger tortilla or double it was not very filling with a good portion of meat, lettuce, and cheese. doesn't tastelike anywhere near Street food. The reason I am giving it 2 stars is that there their taco bowl is good but the taco shell ismore of an oil taste The food itself was sort of bland and didn't have flavor in it. Visited this place an hour before closing and loved the fact that they make everything right in front of us. The birria meat was... wonderfully tender and juicy. The Consommé was extremely flavorful, however it was more of a sauce than a soupy consistency.The tacos were a tad small though as compared to all the other places I?ve had birria tacos before, but the fact that they wereso flavorful, made up for the size. I?ve been hearing a lot about Halal cuts and I finally made the trip over there. The restaurant/butcher is set up really... nicely. I had halal Birria tacos in New York recently and had been craving them and was excited to find a local spot thatserves them. The afghani brother behind the counter was exceptionally kind and kept having us try samples of different thingsand everything was really flavorful. We ordered Birria tacos, steak tacos and because it looked irresistible, the freshlymarinated steak. I would say the tacos were good, but the steak was extremely good and very juicy. We stopped by here last Saturday on our way back home and so glad we did. We each got the taco platter with a variety of... different meats including chicken, ground beef, steak, and birria. I myself had the steak and birria, both of which wereextremely juicy and flavorful. The tacos were very filling with a good portion of meat, lettuce, cheese, and pico. I?d say thebirria tacos were the most filling, and I wasn?t able to finish the last one (got 4). They?ve also got a selection of Mexicansodas that pair really well with the tacos. What really surprised me was the delicious flavor of the rice and beans. To top itoff, the service from the chef and owner was phenomenal. The only things I would suggest for improvement would be a better menu,the current one is a slideshow of their different items and it rotates too slow, as well as better seating. It wasn?t busy so wehad no issue getting a table, but the chairs were a bit uncomfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you?re cravingdelicious tacos. It?s a bit pricey, especially for the more expensive meat, but understandable given the current hike in meatcosts. The platter can range anywhere from $10-15 but will fill you up. We recently visited Halal Cuts on the way back from the airport. It was our first time visiting this establishment, upon... entering we were greeted by the owners. They were very welcoming and informative about their store. They sampled us with itemsfrom their secret menu, I would tell you what they were but they are a secret soooo?.. nonetheless they were very tasty. Theyhad a plate of mini falafel tacos which were amazing. We ordered the 3 taco platter (2 steak and 1 chicken) as well as an orderof the sujuk quesadilla. Both items were very delicious. We were a bit disappointed that they ran out of barbacoa but we will beback to try it soon! We overall enjoyed the insight and hospitality of the owner and will definitely be back soon formore!
