Brooklyn, in Irving, is an awesome bartender who gets a little cold sometimes so she prefers to don the Hooters Orange. But she... knows how to make you smile, as she epitomizes the Hooters Makes You Happy mantra. She?s so good at making you smile she?s goingto be a great orthodontist. Have to give it a 1 star because one of the people at my table cut her mouth on a broken/chipped shot glass. Also, the waitress... (three times) failed to simply refill water. And the complications with a large party were present. I always hope for arestaurant that doesn't have to yell across the table to see whose food is this, some have place settings etc. The food wassimply okay. However, that broken piece of glass is unacceptable for a bartender to not check her shot glass. In case youponder, the rim was salted, couldn't see the chip. So, yea. Also, the manager did NOT personally come to the table and apologizefor the gross negligence. Honestly, it's hooters. You know what you're getting. Read more
Terrible service. Bartender had to go get the server because she noticed we hadn?t been helped yet. Came by after 15 minutes to... get a drink order. Had to ask for a menu. Bartender delivered the drink. Took the waitress 45 minutes to ask for a food order.Good job, bartender. I will never go back because of the waitress. Read more
Excellent service and fresh food. Our server Kas was a sweetheart. She made sure we were taken care of. Even though they looked... like they were understaffed and turnaround time was a little longer - but even then Kas had a smile on her face. ???? Read more

Waited over 10 minutes to be seated on a Sunday afternoon that wasn't busy. Hostess was rude. Only saw my server when she took... my order, brought my order and brought my check. Food wasn't hot. Bathroom was nasty. The paper towel despenser was empty.Management will respond to this post with an apology I'm sure. I will return in a few days and can probably guarantee that mynext experience will be no better. Management called me. Discussed my concerns and invited me back. I came in the same timeperiod the following Sunday. James the manager was very nice, addressed my issues. Had a great meal and a very pleasant time. Icould see the steps James had made immediately upon arrival. So I know he is professional about his job and I thank him for it. Read more
Let me just say if you ever stop at this one to eat you are asking for HORRIBLE service! This was my second time because the... first i went it was ok but still bad for the prices of the food .. i was served over cooked shrimp twice at 12.99 please look atthe pictures of this food look at the fries literally scraps. There was an issue with the Hooters website ordering so I drove to the business but they were not open yet. I saw one of the... waitresses going in so I told her about the website. She went inside and told the manager. She then came back out and took myorder. My order was ready to go when they opened up for business. It was above and beyond service which was nice. I love theirBuffalo Shrimp but I had never had the sauce on the side. The waitresses placed the order with the sauce on the side but thatwas not what I ordered. Well she knew better. The shrimp were still crispy and hot when I got back to the office. I dipped thefirst few in the sauce and then I just poured it on the rest. I now recommend getting the sauce on the side for a to goorder. The fries are always good so not much to say about them. Read more
