I ordered food for delivery. The food was cold and looked like it was made yesterday. I ordered cupcake pancakes and they... forgot the whip cream. My toast were so hard I felt like I was eating croutons. The eggs were rubbery. Just because I am notsitting in your restaurant, doesnt mean I dont deserve the same quality of food. Read more
Seated pretty quickly. Waited 10 minutes and then had to find a waiter to take our order. Waitress was rude and didn't even... know the menu. Only rating 1 star because I can't give it less than that. It is now 8:40 and we are still waiting on our food.This is after we had to wait 10 minutes for her to bring our drinks out. Hasn't been back by to see if we needed drink refills.Starting to feel like we are the wrong skin color. Table behind us let their toddler run around the restaurant screaming and didnothing to stop it. We are a table of 4 adults and a 7 year old. Finally served at 8:50. Food was lukewarm but waitress hadslightly better attitude. However, at 9:05 we walked out due to a mouse running around the restaurant by us. It even made a runfor our table. IHOP never disappoints!! We went for a very late meal at 2:30 am and even though there was only one employee in the restaurant,... she was very quick and attentive. Our meals were delicious!! We got: Buffalo chicken melt: 10/10 - the perfect balance betweenspiciness, sweet and savory! Sirloin steak tips: 10/10 - the steak was cooked the way I like it; Medium-well with a side of hashbrowns & omelette-style eggs and the very iconic buttermilk pancakes ????! Read more
Ummm?.hard to say what happened here. I actually feel sorry for the Restuarant industry at times because of the quality of help... they are forced to hire. If you looked at this, and still gave it to a customer- you either didn?t care, or you saw nothingwrong with it. Giving 2 stars because it was fast. Read more
My family and I went for breakfast, after being seated we had to wait for over a hour and a half for our food to arrive. My... food was not at all what I expected, my pancakes were hard, my sunny side eggs were over cooked, my wife?s chicken was dry herwaffles were hard as well, I had order my son fries which were not done nor my sister in law food. At this point we asked tospeak to a manager and never approached our table. The waitress just kept apologizing which she was not at fault for our food wereassured her that we were not upset with her but at the establishment. My daughter have been craving for IHOP so we decided to come during brunch. It was busy on a Sunday! We waited for almost 10... minutes because all the employees were busy trying to figure out some pick up order issues. After someone seated us, we waitedfor another 10 minutes till our waitress came. Our waitress was really nice though! The food didn't disappoint us! It was stillgood especially my blueberry french toast! I'm not a french toast eater but it was GOOD! I'm going to order that again!
