I'm not from the Irving area but needed to grab something to eat before am appointment. Me and my boys stopped here for a quick... bite. I was a bit worried when I pulled in and the parking lot was full. It was a very big parking lot. We went in andimmediately placed our order. The young man was very courteous and read my order back correctly. We found a seat. The firsttable was dirty but given that it was really busy I'm not counting off a star, we just moved to the next table. As we werewaiting I did notice a worker coming around cleaning tables. One of the napkin holders was empty but the one beside it was fullso once again I'm not counting off a star. The drink machines were touch less which was pretty neat I had not seen thatbefore. Our order was called. Food was hot and my order was correct. They gave plenty of all the toppings. Fries were seasonedwell, I even think there was a little pepper on them which I've never noticed before. I'm a big fan of pepper, but if you aren'tmaybe ask for salt only. It was a very generous portion of fries per order as well. I was very pleased at the speed in which myorder came out since I was in a time crunch to get to my appointment. We went to wash our hands and the bathrooms seemed wellstocked and clean. I did not use the stalls but from what I saw it was well kept. I'd visit this location again if I was in thearea. Read more

Line is pretty long around lunchtime but it?s worth the wait I think In-N-Out Burger is one of the best burger joints in the... country right now. Some would debate that but overall quality and consistent freshness leads me to believe I am right. Greatexperience this location stays crowded might wanna get there early lunchtime is real busy between hours of 1 PM to 4 PM. Greatmenu lots of variety prices are all well affordable. Read more

First time at in n out, expectations were high, but sadly was underwhelming. I got the animal fries and they were chalky. The... burger tasted fine, I got the double double animal style. Overall probably wouldn't come again. Read more
Very nice In-N-Out location in Las Colinas. For vegetarians, I highly recommend their grilled cheese burger/sandwich ????which... can be made with lettuce ????, tomatoes ????, onions ????, and cheese ????. It?s not displayed on the menu, they make it for meall the time. The service is always superior ???? and fairly fast. The prices are still very very reasonable as compared toother fast food chains. I was so impressed with the service, cleanliness, food quality and overall staff. I observed every team member move with... purpose, and teamwork. I was greeted with a friendly smile from Marion at the counter. He was polite and thanked me for comingin. I watched as all of the team interacted with customers and each other professionally. I just haven?t seen this level ofexecution in a fast food chain in over a decade. Kudos to the manager and staff of this location. Great job! Read more
