The manager at night is so rude and prejudiced. I ordered my food online, and when I get there to pick it up a customer was... taking care of at the lobby door and I was made to get in the drive thru line. You never get the order right, I literally just left this place and ordered something and simply had the substitution for... chicken, my sandwich just had a bunch of lettuce and the chicken Patty missing the bacon that comes with it tomatoes and all,didn?t even get the fries and ordered combo. This has happened so many times and I don?t know why I keep giving them anotherchance. 10 people working inside and my order has never been correct and yes I?ve worked fast food for many years and it?s theeasiest job. As I waited for the order the cashier did not info me of the extra cost of the buttermilk as I left , I noticed that I recieve... any buttermilk. Overall , this location needs to sharpn its customer service skills and triple check the orders. Read more
