This place smells TERRIBLE. I think its bad meat or unsanitary conditions. Unsure. 2 of the 3 sandwiches I've gotten have been... good however, this last time, my order was supposed to be ready at 12:40 and wasn't ready until 12:51 even though they have like8 people working and the bread was overbaked. One of the dirtiest Jersey Mike's franchises in the area. They constantly RUN OUT of bread. To the point where it's almost... comedic. 1/3rd of the time when you go they won't have anything other than Wheat bread. They are also incredibly stingy when itcomes to toppings and extras. Go to any of the other 30 chains in the nearby area, as they are worth more of your time. Read more

The Staff here is Great and they can sure make your day after a long day at work? I work at the Hospital next door and after a... long Shift, I like to go there to grab my Dinner and the staff always make me feel welcome and with a smile?. My BF and I went yesterday evening July 4th and were helped by a wonderful team. The young lady and gentlemen were hard at work... and really made our sandwiches with a lot of love. Jimmy John's had apparently closed and moved out of their building so checked my map app for Sub Sandwiches and Jersey Mike's... was just up the street. First time I had been there. Sandwiches were nice and cold, which was great after a really hot day. Service was great and quick. Price was comparable to Jimmy John's, it worked for me. Will go there again. Read more

2nd time at this location. First time 2 years ago. They had such rude customer service. But today I was in Irving and decided to... give another try. They were busy. 4 customers in line and they were trying to fill online orders. Very messy. Messy counter.Messy food boards. Not dirty just Messy. Even the meat slicer. They had people showing up to pick up orders and they were notcomplete. One person adding toppings to the sandwiches did not speak English so you had to pint to the toppings you wanted or ifyou wanted mayo. The sandwich is good. I love Jersey Mike's.
