BEWARE ALL VEGETARIANS? Would?ve certainly given a zero star rating if I had that option available for this restaraunt. Worst... experience in USA, will never ever visit here and recommend others. This place is a disgrace for vegetarian?s. Can?t believethat we found chicken pieces mixed in veggie noodles. Never ever trust this place if you are a vegetarian. I had speciallyrequested server to take instructions to cook veggie food separately but still they made a real big blunder. Later, I requestedto speak to manager but he/she was not available at the store and then further couldn?t connect through a call too! I?ve been a customer since 2013. I had the most horrendous experience with the staff and they can count on me not giving them... any more business. I disputed my charge for my items because there was a language barrier. My husband went in and ordered anoriginal fried rice and basil fried rice with the number 2 spice level and chicken lollipops. Not only did they make itincorrectly but made both extremely spicy. I went back in to confront them and let them know that it was made incorrectly andthey refused to give me a refund and had an attitude about remaking my order. I did not receive the remake and left my foodthere on the counter. I will no longer be a customer. To add insult to injury they changed the chicken lollipops. They are justwings no lollipop. Food is not so good here. Ordered original curry with paneer, aloo Tikki chaat, paneer 65 and korma masala. Both veggies had... same curry taste. Also they brought chicken when order paneer and after almost eating first byte, server came running sayingthat it?s chicken and not paneer. That?s not anyone wants. I have visited this place twice for indo Chinese food . I ordered chicken hakka noodles and it?s not good , along with that I... ordered samosa the taste of samosa was ok but it was excessive oily. Other time I ordered chicken lollipops and some noodlestheir , chicken lollipops was good in taste but it?s little expensive. Better options are available in surrounding with betterrate , again their noodles was not having flavors So for ambience I will give 1 star and chicken lollipop and samosa I will giveother 2 star. Been to their other locations. In-dining was not too busy, mostly take out. I had the Hakka noodles with paneer and it was ok. A... little too wet and not much flavor. This restaurant is an amazing place to get Indo-Chinese food in Las Colinas. Although I picked up my food to go ????, I noticed... that the restaurant?s dining area had a great and modern vibe. The food ???? was made tasty and spicy ???? to my liking. Ihighly recommend the fried rice with paneer or any of the paneer entrees. It?s very close to my place but I did not try anything. Finally Ambience - nicely organized and utilized the place properly. The... music and lighting is good. Food order - I reached the desk to place an order. The guy busy in taking in coming calls. He noteven recognize a customer. I tried wished him couple of times, was looking strangely. All other guys left and no calls werethere , then he was ready to take order. I don?t feel they treat customer a good manner. Pick up - one guy was in phone calland he did not even respond and one more guy came and get my order. The service. Is poor. Food - we placed an order for Chickenlollipops and Schezwan chicken fried rice. It took 20 mins to get my order ready to pick up. We got only 4 Lollipops costs $7.99and fried rice costs $12.99, it has good quantity. The paneer,doesnt taste good. It was hard to chew, no flavor. But its ok cus the gravy has a lot of flavor. I tried the butter... masala. The roti is not a true roti. It was very crunchy. But the food is good for the price. I returned I got the SpinachChicken with rice & naan. So the spinach curry tastes amazing. The chicken was dark meat it seemed like? The rice was hard. &the naan was very crunchy. Overall loved the curry flavors, but Im trying to decide which protein is best with it. So farunhappy with chicken & paneer. Somehow they get the indian flavors there but theyre not being cooked the right way. I returneda 3rd time. & now Ive decided, this place is not Indian food at all! The curry flavors are nice but the protein they add is notcooked well. This time I tried the vegetables Methi malai. The vegetables were kinda hard & did not taste like much.
