I called the restaurant to see what time their dine in closed I was rudely hung up on. I tried calling back several times and... no one answered. They disconnected their phone so they wouldnt take my call. Thats so unacceptable whoever that was needs to befired. All I had was a question and they rudely just gave me attitude set the phone down hard to the point I hear the echoed then hung up on me. Not once after that did they even try to pick up the phone. So much for a great customer experience. Wealways have a bad experience every time we go there. Always forgetting order and we end up having to wait like 20 min for it.Horrible place!! Read more
The downtown Irving McDonald's has a steady stream of business and it's been gradually raising the bar of its service. I'm the... person who just wants pickles and ketchup on her burger and they've gotten it right three times in a row. You can't beat that -seriously! And if the chocolate chip cookies aren't hot they'll bring you more! Way to go! Read more

I went on a Sunday afternoon and they were out of toilet paper. The manager must have been away. Also, the coffee was too light... compared to other locations. I may return since it has a big sitting area, but Burger King down the street is a plus if you needtoilet paper. Read more
Rude rude rude! Been served a burger with a bite taken out it. Not open till 12:00 am unless you're Mexican, everyone else it's... 11:00 pm. Employees there except for one nice lady act as if you're inconveniencing them. Slow service. It's often they giveback incorrect change. People shooting up in the restrooms. If they appear to not like you they play coy and slow with yourorder. Add a touch of racism and your at home. I'm surprised to not seeing white hoods over each of the Golden Arches. This isnot the McDonald's I know. Bad for kids. I will no longer be eating here. You ought to be ashamed! I ordered 3 regular burgersand this is what they gave me. Don't eat hear. So we came when it was busy. Still, they were fast and kept the place clean. The dining area is really nice. The play place for... the kids is small with a tree house theme. Which means not a lot of kids can play at once. But it wasn't dirty and they have 3game stations. I think this place feels more like a restaurant than a fast food joint. I really like it. Read more
Was radical profile for on reason by a Latina manager with a attitude, she even act like I didn't order anything, when clearly...
