I suggested to edit only the lobby hours because they sometimes get confused with other mcds. The drive thru is open 24 hours a... day sunday through saturday. However, the lobby is open from 6:00am through 10:00pm Sunday through Saturday. Read more
I?m from Ft Worth and from now on I will exclusively go to this McDonald's! Five star customer service ordering fast food for... the family. Never had to repeat myself the whole time. The girl never got irritated with me! She was very nice and the staff atboth windows were smiling and I never had to wait a moment at either window for anything! AND THEY GOT OUR ORDER PERFECT. Weliterally took more time to order than they did to make it us to pay and everything else! I went back to ask for ketchup likealways and there?s literally already a bag of ketchup hanging in front of me! Highly highly professional and courteous! Costumer service in the morning is disgusting! They always have a bad attitude . Old Manager with glasses told me to pull to... next window and she took 30 minutes to give me my food. I tried to ask for something else and she gave me bad attitude and keptrepeating to go to the other window. Never going to this McDonald?s ever again ! I was very disappointed with all 4 medium sizes fries because they were all 1/2 empty fries....SUPER soggy. You could tell they... just redipped them. They messed up the chesse burger, which was meat chesse and lettuce ONLY. AND FORGOT 2 STRAWS, for 2 drinksand 2 smoothies I had ordered. Is it so much to ask for FRESH fries. Read more

This McDonald's is horrible. It's rare to get an order from here (take out, dine in, drive thru) and have it be down correctly.... Fries are usually cold or triple dipped in the oil. Buns are burned. Burgers are way wrong. I have taken home someone else'sorder many times. People are rude .... Some speak Spanish and when I speak Spanish to them they just walk away. So languagebarriers can not be a valid excuse. Who ever has any ability to help train and fix this flow for this McDonald's PLEASE HELPTHEM. Read more
I ordered through the app because, usually at other locations, mobile pickup is really quick. I forgot to change my location and... that was a pretty big mistake. I waited for almost 30 minutes. Food was fine, drink orders were wrong on sizes and what drinkswere ordered. The one employee I interacted with wasn't very friendly but maybe they were having an off day. Read more
