So I went alone; I had decided to treat myself to a nice dinner after a long week at work. My waiter, whose name escapes me, was... personable. Unfortunately that's about it as far as service goes. Ordered the salad with my Seafood Alfredo. My main dish cameout before my salad plate. The bread sticks were warm but hard and crunchy, not at all like I'm used to at an Olive Garden. Ihad to ask for more water. I ordered dessert and a coffee and received it, in addition to all the other dishes that were stillon the table as nothing had been cleared away. Read more
Absolutely LOVED our server, Nicki- really exemplified customer service. She even spoke a little Spanish to my 80+ year- old... mother. The gentleman (I wish I had caught his name) who was cleaning the table nearby helped us as well by picking up thenapkin that my mother dropped and returning with a clean one!!! It was pretty nice here! Everything is pretty expensive tho.. about $20 for a plate ???? I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta and... it was pretty good I got full really fast with that plate! My family and I were given a salad along with bread sticks and it wasreally good! Terrible experience! The smell of the restaurant is nasty, the servers are not the best people serving, they are in the phones... all the time and they don’t pay attention to the customers. Amanda was our server and she made mistakes with the order andtook more than 55 minutes to get our food. THE SMELL IS IN ALL THE OLIVE GARDEN RESTAURANTS I EVER BEEN!!! During the week you get the lunch portion, which is more that enough for 9.99-11.99 and with your plate anytime you get... unlimited soup or salad. I recommend: shrimp scampi, seafood Alfredo, fettuccini Alfredo with shrimp and herb-grilled salmon. Read more
Olive Garden has become rather expensive in the last few years. I came with my family to enjoy a quick and nice dinner. The food... was good the manager was nice as she cared for our table most of the night. We got our breadsticks at the end of our meal afterbeing there maybe a little over an hour. I would recommend for a nice quiet meal but if you’re in a rush don’t come here. Read more
