Tables not bussed,waited nearly 5 minutes to be acknowledged when we walked in,people with their babies at and on the bar.... Employees off the clock going in the back to get food. Greasy quesadillas. Salsa all over the bowl. The bartender appeared to beall over the place cause it seemed the other wait staff was disappearing into the back or focusing on menial tasks whilecustomers wait. I don't love leaving bad reviews, but our recent experience at this OTB was just terrible, and I'd rather save other people the... trip. This location has been just fine in the past, but on our visit, it was visibly dirty, with grease and splashes and droppedchips on the floor, the service was painfully slow and lackadaisical, and the food, when it reached our table, was cold. Ibelieve the people there were probably doing their best, and maybe it was just a bad day, but my family and I were severelydisappointed at the quality. Read more

The food was delicious! We ordered to go on a Saturday night. They were busy, short on staff (so the sign said), and still I got... my order within 20 minutes. I appreciate the staff going out of their way to work in different areas to take care of customers.She was also good at suggestive selling, knew the menu and how to add special items.The manager came over to the to go area tomake sure I was helped as well. Let me just say the Salsa Roja is very spicy full of flavor and you can taste the cilantro and jalapeños. The food is good and... very hot. The service is okay for the most part. I was very full and so was the other person. We have eaten everything includingthe appetizers. I do not drink but when our table ordered the Watermelon Margarita the aroma just hit you. Read more
